Awesome, one of my questions was whether you could put cash in the card compartment without affecting the function of the mechanism. Seems to work ok. The cash clip actually adds quite a bit of cost.
Hi Thanks for comment. Yes it works well. I have around 3 notes in the card section at present and around £6 in coins in the coin compartment. Maybe see if that discount code still works shown near beginning of video. It’s not an affiliate code or anything. All the non carbon wallets are a lot less expensive too.

Nope. You can't put cash in the coin compartment. It would get stuck, You've have to fold it and you never get it back out. Just coins in there.

I always carry a leather trifold, with 3 bank cards, gas card, thinner insurance card and my license/ID.
I want something clean and sleek but worried it’s just not gonna work.

Hi Daniel, thanks. Good question. Those 2 wallets are the ones I have used the most. I used the FANTOM Wallet since review until around last week when I reverted back to my Flipside 4. Both are awesome. The FANTOM is cooler! The Flipside I find just a tiny bit easier to use and slide into front pocket. I presume you have watched my Flipside 4 review too? You can put cash it pretty easy. So either wallet good choice !
Oh I missunderstood your question. If you only need space for cards I’d suggest the card only (no coin compartment ) FANTOM if you want to go slimmer. You have 3 choices of size depending how many cards you want to carry.

Here in Denmark I almost never use any cash at all, so that made my mind, I will purchase the grey Fantom without money clip then :) As of now (my old portuguese cork wallet broke down) I am just using a silicone rubber band around all my cards, and I dont feel a need for any extra :)

Yes it’s slimmer. The Secrid Miniwallet is reviewed on my channel too. The slimmest probably the Corkor Vegan Wallet I reviewed. I use that sometimes when I’m out without a jacket and don’t have much pocket space.
Have you ever got coins stuck inside the holder? Looks like something that could happen.
It can happen. I recommend you check out my Carbon Slide Aviator wallet review.. it has coin compartment, and I often use an Aviator Wallet as my personal everyday wallet.
Hi, can it hold 2-pound coin because I watched some other videos it says you can't really fit the coin in as well as it should've?
Yes a £2 coin definitely fits. In fact a heavy coin like that is the easiest to tip back out also. All new UK coins fit. I tested them all. Thanks for watching.

No. Maybe if you squashed to many in there on purpose. If used with the correct number of credit cards works great

How would you compare it vs the ridge wallet ?
Hi, I prefer the FANTOM wallet. I used it daily for a few months. It’s a lot of fun and really easy to use. I found the cards are far faster to access and I like the coin compartment.
can you put one pound and two pound coins in the coin holder or is it too thick?
They fit, but look out for my next wallet review to feature in a couple of weeks. X2 more carbon wallets also with coin holders.

I personally prefer the Fantom for its practicality but thats just me. Both look great. I think the Ridge wallet in this format with Burnt titanium looks awesome.

The Fantom Wallet is not an American product. It was created by a Canadian Company. Calling Canada America is like calling Germany Switzerland just because they speak the same language and are closed to each other.
