My wallet is a 30+ years old leather wallet my dad gave me. He bought an expensive wallet when he was like 20, then I took it when he didn't want it anymore. I've now gotten into making wallets because I love the design of this old wallet and it was mind blowing that something could last that long and have ZERO issues. That's right no stitch has ever loosened, no pocket torn, nothing at all other then it softening up.
I have a decade old leather Hilfiger wallet my sister got me as a gift. I was glad it made it a decade but now I'm just jealous. I'm hoping my next wallet lasts that long as well!

I bought a Trayvax Element(Mississippi Mud) about a year and a half ago and it's one of the best purchases I have ever made. The leather has darkened and the metal has dulled, both improvements, but the wallet shows no signs of stress, wear or tear. Rugged, elegant and unique. I love it!

I carry the trayvax contour and it is amazing. it is indestructible, responsibly made, and small. It's got the right amount of great leather and metal. It has made me a cleaner person in my pocket. My old wallet was full of crap, my new wallet is cards and cash, nothing else. I also love how I don't have to remove my ID to show it as I keep it on top. I challenge you to wear the leather on this to the point that you no longer enjoy the patina. Side note, they make thinner wallets but I need about 10 cards in My wallet for various life/business reasons so I went with there highest capacity wallet but they make thinner wallets.

Trayvax!! I’ve gone through multiple EDC wallets over the last few years. This is by far the best. It’s built like a tank, and has a dedicated section for cash. I love it.
Missed the best one though, Trayvax. Got one in 2016 and never looked back. They're the best minimalist wallet available hands down. Still have the same one I stated with and you wouldn't even be able to tell it's not brand new. It's RFID protected, has plenty of space for your cards and cash, they have a ton of different designs/colors, and the best customer service available. Plus they're American made. There isn't anything negative I could possibly say about them. I will never buy a wallet from anyone else again. Trayvax is 100% the end all be all.

Trayvax. Put an eyeball there. When I was in uniform, I carried a "Space Pen" in Iraq. More recently, picked up the Summit Notebook from Trayvax. This little leather and metal wallet carries all my cards, cash, receipts, potentially a small notepad if you choose to use it, AND my Space Pen (the same one). I've carried the wallet now long enough that the patina on the leather is developing very nicely. Well constructed, convenient, manages my wallet stuff easily, and customer service rocks (never needed them for repair). Do it to it, Pete.

Hey Peter, I have been using the Ridge Wallet for a couple of years now, and I love it for its small size. Having my own EDC setup, I needed something that was small so I could carry all that other stuff. This fits the bill perfectly and I have never had any issues with it. Ridge Wallet tip - when you push the cards up using that thumb-hole cutout, you can squeeze that side of the wallet together and it will separate your cards at the top somewhat to make it easier to get the one that you need without having to remove them all. Love your content!!
I use a Verso card holder that also has room for cash. I have had it for about a year and love it. Like you, I had been through so many wallets until I found this one.

Like Peter said it's nice not ending up with a bunch of junk in your wallet because you physically can't put it in. I like the cash strap version, lets me carry more cash than the money clip.

Trayvax! I currently carry the summit and have been for over a year super slim metal and looks awesome. Next on my list will be Trayvax contour, it is the right amount of metal and leather. It looks fantastic! It is a bit more on the expensive side but after using Trayvax products for the last couple of years I am sure it will be worth every penny!
It would be nice to cut down on to just cash and a few cards but I have at least 6 pill bottles that need to come with me at all times when I go out... So that upgrades me to at least a small backpack. It's always wonderful to see how ableist minimalism is. Minimalists never thinks a giant bag might be someone's daily needs.
I'm using the original and the bifold. Both simple small looks and feels good in the hands and doesn't feel like they will slip out the pocket and hold a good deal of cards and cash
I have used a ton of wallets, the one that combines best of a rigid wallet and the old fashioned leather wallet is secrid slimwallet. I am a back pocket guy and with this wallet none of my cards bend to uselessness. Great quality, European design, perfect.

I have used a ton of wallets, the one that combines best of a rigid wallet and the old fashioned leather wallet is secrid slimwallet. I am a back pocket guy and with this wallet none of my cards bend to uselessness. Great quality, European design, perfect.
Peter McKinnon I use a Stock & Barrel No. 52 vertical in natural oak and I LOVE it! It may not be for you if you’re a front pocket guy but that’s what I’m loving rn and for the foreseeable future haha :)
