If there had been a sequel to TNKK and gone to Okinawa, it would probably have involved them going because of Sato's death (actor Danny Kamekona died in 1996). They'd see Chozen, who would clearly be a changed man since KK2, telling Mr. Miyagi how Sato gave him a chance to redeem himself, ...
There would have to be some enemy for Miyagi, Chozen and Julie to team up against. Kumiko may or may not be there, as she joined a dance company and traveled all over, performing. Yukie would still be there. Yuna would be a teenager, and would befriend Julie. There would also have to be some young Okinawan boy to be Julie's love interest.

@@justinsabath8536 That would probably happen when Silver lured Johnny to the original Cobra Kai dojo in S4. Silver beats Johnny into unconsciousness, Kreese is outraged, Silver kills Kreese with some kind of weapon (a weapon is necessary for evidence), then sets the scene so it looks like Johnny did it, and anonymously calls the police to alert them. The weapon he uses to kill Kreese would be something he had Snake or Dennis (or whoever does his dirty work at this stage of his life) steal from the Miyagi-Do dojo, like a sai, to make it seem like Daniel was involved as well.
Afterwards, I'm not 100% sure. Daniel would post bail for both of them, but because of all the negative publicity, Daniel's business takes a hit and the All Valley board asks him & Johnny not to attend the tournament. Daniel calls Chozen (or Julie) in to be acting sensei for Miyagi-Do, with Johnny getting Bobby to do the same for Eagle Fang.
At the tournament, because Johnny and Miguel never had the "I love you, Robby" scene in this timeline, Miguel returns to the mat after he hurts his back, and beats Eli. He and Robby then fight in the finals, but with Eli out of the tournament, Miyagi-Do doesn't have enough points and Cobra Kai takes top dojo before the finals take place. Miguel beats Robby in OT, with Robby still getting distracted when he realizes what Kenny has become. In the girls' final, Tory still wins thanks to the crooked referee, as Silver would want a champion to hold up as the poster child for the Cobra Kai expansion.
After the tournament, Daniel and Johnny would be too focused on their trial to work on taking down Silver, so Cobra Kai thrives. Because Daniel has the money to hire good lawyers, he and Johnny are found not guilty, but the damage is done. Some (if not all) of the Larusso Auto dealerships close down because of the negative publicity.
Daniel eventually sells anything left to Tom Cole, sells his house and moves out of the valley.
Johnny has trouble finding work, as no one wants an accused murderer working for them, even if acquitted. He still fails with doing "the gig economy". He eventually finds some menial low-paying job, but he and Robby mend their fences, and Carmen still gets pregnant.
Meanwhile, with no competition or interference from Miyagi-Fang, Silver is able to enter Cobra Kai into the Sekai Taikai without them having to fight anyone. He still brings in Kim Da Eun and her senseis because of all the new dojos they're opening in the valley.
As for the kids:
Sam and Anthony move out of the valley with Daniel and Amanda.
Miguel and Robby still bury the hatchet and end their rivalry.
Tory still finds out about Silver paid off the referee, but because Kreese is dead and Amanda leaves, she leaves Cobra Kai and karate behind to focus on school, working and caring for her brother and mom.
Kenny remains loyal to Cobra Kai, with Silver still taking a shine to him.
Devon still gets absorbed into Cobra Kai after they buy out Topanga, and becomes a loyal member of the dojo, with Kim Da Eun taking a shine to her.
Demitri continues working at Tech Town after school, with Eli joining him.
Stingray remains an overgrown manchild, living in his sister's basement, but with the Cobra Kai expansion and them offering adult classes now, he returns to karate. Because he never got the beatdown from Silver in S4, he remains loyal to the dojo and is one of their top prospects for the Sekai Taikai (no age limits).
Mitch goes back to Cobra Kai.
Bert may go back to Cobra Kai to be with Devon and Stingray.
The other Miyagi-Fangs will remain friends, still hang out and still practice together from time to time.

What if Bobby & Jimmy (& just for the hell of it, Dutch) just suddenly showed up either at Terry Silver's house or the flagship Cobra Kai dojo during the final battle in season 5?
What if the Miyagi Do & Eagle Fang students made either brownies or cupcakes & gave them to the Cobra Kai students (as a peace offering), but the brownies or cupcakes had either chocolate laxative in them that gave them the shits or ipecac which makes them all hurl?
That last 1, I would definitely fall down laughing at.
The Ex-lax brownies sounds more like something Yasmine would have done.
The last one would be hella funny.

I'm assuming you're referring to the water park scene, and what if they'd had a fight instead of the water slide race. Not much would change, as they still wound up fighting and getting kicked out of the park by security.
