Yeah Millia's very much looks on purpose. I suppose it could be one of those cases of the characters are always looking in the same spot so they animated the intro accordingly. Very cool intro either way.

I wish they had given him different voice lines for each reacting to the different characters. Like "Oh wow, you're a big one. Hey, nice jacket! Oh, that was a close one. Nice Doggy." That would have been a cool level of detail.
The fact he knowns when Axl or Chipp is gonna show up, or when Ky is going to unsheathe his sword, or where Ram is going to land... is kind of terrifying.

I like how intro with Nago really puts this Shaqurai’s height into perspective. At the beginning it looks like HC is just far away, that is before he comes closer and you realize they’re one height while Nago sits… And then he stands up…
I keep thinking to myself, "they seem cool, I wonder what their deal is?" when I see a GG character I'm not familiar with. Then I remember that "their deal" is undoubtedly 20 pages long, and I don't _actually_ need to know.
