This follows a good philosophy I've always had with fighting games. "Although you are zoner, you do not have to play zoner. Nobody expects a zoner to attempt melee."

And yet despite this he has the most clumsy looking attacks ever.
And there is only 5 of the pew pew guns like that...and second one is Nerf

@@brainleto17he canonically sucks at proper fighting and is a terrible shot. He uses magic to cheat.
That teleport at 4:51 is actually one of the most difficult yet rewarding sol techs in the game, something a lot of people don't know is that he can stack his kara cancel 6s with dash gunflame carrying both his 6s momentum and dash momentum for crazy stuff like this.

Only reason i dont despise happy chaos is because of how much fun he is to play. really makes me feel like i cant sit back and play him casually, instead im often at the edge of my seat doing pressure loops.
dunno why people even play against him tho. Literally the most boring character when u play against him. I just ignore any HC's since his release date cause he was and still is broken af.
@@sidsscrumpy1647 because it's fun to grow as a fighting game play and not rage endlessly against bad match ups or stronger characters? As a Nagoriyuki main since Day one I struggle against chaos, but it gives me a chance to reflect on my playstyle mistakes and change them for the better. As for a "lame" Playstyle, I'm assume you talk about the zoning? Chaos can't lock people out of the game without meter for focus super, and even with meter he will get negative tension from using curse too many times, the other aspect is his crosshair can't stay focused if you are moving, so waiting for Chaos to concentrate or reload is your best time to start dashing towards him. Other than that his mix up game is super fun to play with or against, although I do wish they nerfed his damage slightly so it's more in line with other characters who have great pressure or mix up. Tldr, don't blame the beasts man, take Happy Chaos as a challenge to get better at the game and learn the match up
@@guywithaguitar8521 the only real thing that actually bothers me about HC, is that he's (kinda) impossible to whiff punish, but other than that idk. Like, as millia, if he gets to zone is because I did something wrong

"Honest" is so true for Happy Chaos which is ironic since at first glance you see, "ohh, he's a trickster" but then Happy glocks you in the face and pulls up a comicaly big revolver and says, " but anyways, I started blastin'."
I'm a big fan of this character, I really enjoyed all the fun edits you did Yarl Swag!
I like how the instant after the “Game was rigged from the start” line plays and the gun gets pointed to the camera, I get a Genshin ad.

Happy Chaos is legitimately an insane Top 1 character but I would genuinely rather fight him for 100 matches than fight any Blazblue Top Tier for 3 matches

i cant tell if its because i main potemkin and i can just walk at chaos and win or if its just people overhyping him, either way he looks fun
Its not fun to be lamed out of the match by a zoner that has infinite pressure up close and its not fun to lose the game on the spot if you get cursed. Not many characters can both answer HC zoning and deal with his pressure up close.

despite happy chaos being absurdly strong, i can never get a hang of playing him LOL. properly managing both of his resources is a nightmare for me to do, and jack-o is somehow easier for me.
Once you get the Focus Aim -> Reload loop it gets much easier.
