You can be good and considerate to people but ones someone cross the line, even though in their perspective that what they did is light, but you really didn't like it, you can do something against them. Vengeance is not about being good or bad. Once you have tendencies like that, being good isn't enough. You have to control your anger to not make it turn to vengeance.
Hahaha think you're going a bit deep here. Q isn't vengeful, punishments just come with the territory of the show. He's by far the most empathetic one without question. For instance, he was going to let Murr get off the hook for skydiving but Sal & Joe explained that Murr "had" to do the punishment. Also during Sal's cat punishment, it was clear Q was empathetic to Sal given that he was given almost the exact same punishment as Sal was, except with cats 😂 Also apparently at one point, Q was extremely depressed and suicidal and Sal went to his house daily to make sure he'd be able to pull through those dark emotions- which is why Q tries to cancel some of the most brutal punishments on the show for the guys. He clearly feels things deeply and ultimately wants to ensure they're all having a good time on the show no matter what and I love him for that ❤

One of the reasons that Murr gets these truly hellish punishments is because he's willing to actually do them, which actually makes him the strongest of all the Jokers. For someone afraid of skydiving to actually do it? There's no quantifying that kind of bravery.

I have actually been in a very similar situation. I was living in a shop with 10 people for a competition while doing daily challenges in the mall and voting each other out.
One challenge required us to go to the radio station and turn over cards with the names of piercings on them. Everyone went ahead until it was just me and a girl with Lip and nipple left... She turned over lip so I got the nipple. In the end I was sort of glad because the lip looked uncomfortable.
2 days later when had full body painting done and the patch they put over my nipple to protect it was adhesive! So I then had to peel it off when we were done with the days challenge.
