Along with these tech parks, Bengaluru desperately needs state of the art waste waster treatment plants and solid waste management !!! Not to mention the pathetic state of the roads in the city... The current roads are already reeling under insane amounts of stress. Improving public transport is critical for furthering development or even for optimal realization of the already built structures. Else these structures would add to Bengaluru's s problems and ironically impede growth. It is time to divert some of the work from BBMP'S hands and come up with another agency to help BBMP. Or we've got to come up with other creative solutions. No point in blaming the system.

Mixed use development should actually be encouraged, when done in a proper manner, residence should be a small walk away from commercial spaces, office spaces, and transit hubs
