if you wanna start with a size comaprison...then you need to put that thing down next to the other ones and not just hold it close to the camera and put everything else away.
Don't ever wipe the bezel. It scratches it. I try to avoid touching it. When I do have to clean it I try liquid solvent or whatever and then blast it with air.
Well, the question that always comes to my mind, watching flashlight reviews is: Why does anybody paint a device black that is considered to be found and used in the dark. What were those people thinking. "Damn, doesn't it look great in daylight?" By the way, great vid pal. ...and great Flashlight as well.
Great question. Black keeps your flashlight looking clean. The GT Nano comes in brass and copper, so you're not stuck with just black ;-) Some flashlights have auxiliary LEDs that stay lit. This helps you locate them in the dark :-)
With the 80 mah battery it probably will last just over 6 minutes. (.288 watt hour battery at 2.5 amps is a theoretical 6 min and 54 seconds of run time)

I felt discomfort the moment you opened the head and touched the reflector. Lol Anyways, you can actually use 10440 with that. The tool AAA's body fits in the nano.
One of the sellers said you can use a 10440 with it. Since it doesn't come with an extension I can only assume you can use the tube from one of their AAA lights?
Hi Eric. Yes, I've seen it done. You can use the Tool AAA body. I think I have a really old version of the AAA and that one does not work with the Nano. Newer versions might work. Good luck and remember, this goes against specs, so you could void warranty if something goes wrong.
All that info but you didn't say how many different levels and what power they are. I know "turbo" is 450 but what's the base and is it only base and turbo?
Thanks for pointing that out. The stated lumens for Turbo is 450 lumens. The manual doesn't state lumens for each mode, but it does state the percentage. The percentage varies depending on mode set you use (setting 2, option 1-12). The lowest output is 1% of 450 lumens. Moonlight would be 0, suggesting it's lower than 4.5 lumens. I'm guessing it's probably 1 lumen.
The spring can be removed easily. You would need to find a magnet that is really flat and strong and less than 9mm. Consider putting the magnet on the outside. Join my deals group for some pictures: facebook.com/groups/EDCdeals/

There's only a bit of spill, bright enough to see objects that are close. This is a tiny little thrower. If you need a recommendation for a tiny flooder, then let me know.
@@LumenMaxEDC It would be for general purpose, keep on keychain. I have an slight i3 eos which is ok, but I was thinking about the Rovyvon A28. Decided to get a nano in brass just to give it a look-see. If I like it, I'll get an extension tube for a 10440. The ideal keychain carry would be a AAA or the world's smallest, brightest, AA.
@@ayokay123 Lumintop Tool AAA with 10440 (I have the copper version). AAA is light enough to carry on a key chain (Aluminum version). Good throw and spill. Has silicone diffuser that glows. That was the intention, but I missed it. Good catch! It's slightly smaller than the FW3a w/short tube.
Great review and tutorial, I just ordered one, so this tiny light is worth the wait. Keep up the good work. Season Greetings from Aruba.

How long will the battery last in turbo?

Good advice. Gloves next time ;-)

Depends on the Tool AAA version. The version that I have is not compatible.

If you were to use mode set #4, the default mode set, then it's 1.5%, 15%, 40% and then 100% ( 6.75lms, 67.5lms, 180lms and 450lms)
