I’m wondering if I can pick your brain..
in January I want to make some mead for next Christmas. I’m just wondering the ratio if I were to make 12ltrs using a fermentation bucket. Could I just triple your recipe? Any advice would be welcome 😊

Hi, I have never made more than this, but I don't see why that wouldn't work. Although I would personally make 3 smaller batches should anything not work out, then it wouldn't spoil the whole thing.
