- The official trailer of Counter-Strike: Opposing Force mod for Counter-Strike: Condition Zero. This mod will not work with 1.6. Please read the text at the beginning for more info.
The mod won't be released yet as I've to take care of a few issues, but it won't be very long now.

A side note: I am aware of some weapons being ultra HD compared to others, we are working on it. We didn't have many options back then, but now we do.
It is seen that this mod has potential, and I like that it has been made for low-resource computers as it is a cs mod: condition zero

I LOVE how all of the animations were made in the original CS/Half-Life style, no overly tacticool or shaky Modern Warfare esque animations, just that old, classic feeling of weapon anims that all fit the setting.
Well, unfortunately there a few. But we plan to change them in the future. They are just placeholders for now.
goldsource baked animations almost feel too powerful for the engine their in, I’ve seen them used to do stuff like fake wall destruction physics

Watching this brought a big smile to my face. I'm glad you're going to release this - it looks like a fresh take on the CS experience, especially since it's using CZ as a base! The fact that a lot of the guns are already present in different HL games, including cut ones like the OICW, is the icing on the cake. This clearly took a lot of time and love to put together. Best of luck with finishing it!

This is really cool, I would have loved a HECU vs Black Ops mod with Scientists hostages as a kid.
This is sick, I can't wait to play it! This might give some life to Condition Zero or even the deleted scenes version, would be cool to see these games have a second life from mods.
My favorite Half-Life game as HL1 games are concerned, with one of my 2 favorite CS games ( along with CSS ), very nice !
CS: CZ is often forgotten, but it really had its charm, I love its graphics ( like I love CSS' ones ), only complain could be the gameplay ( unlike CSS' one )

Damn this mod even has the XM29 OICW and the HK XM8, it really fits the setting since Black Mesa takes place in the early 2000s and both weapons were hyped up as being the M16/M4’s replacement as well as the future of modern combat. Although we know that didn’t happen.
Also a reference to HL2 beta

Map yapmak kolay bir şey değil maalesef. Ama ileride 2-3 tane daha map eklemeyi düşünüyoruz.

alternate universe where HECU was sent to rescue the personnel, but mission was deemed a failure and black ops were sent in to silence everyone and wipe the place off the map
That pretty was what happened canonically in Opposing Force. Half-Life 1 itself just implies that the Black Ops are purging the HECU too.
I have over 320 hours in CS:CZ. This will be a blast!

Great idea for a mod! The only thing that bothers me is the difference between quality of some models. Some have more polygons and more detailed textures than others.

It'd be really cool if some maps/gamemodes have aliens as neutral enemies that attack both teams.
I think that could be possible with amxx modding but it would need a lot of work.

It would actually be REALLY nice to have an actual half life 2 counter strike game, having an expanded hoster of weapons themed around the game universe and things like that, maybe even having some maps on XEN. It would be resistance as T and combine as CT.

I really-really hope it'll lean into the HL side more by adding some of its gameplay elements like healthkits, deployable turrets and whatnot; a HECU vs Black Ops tactical shooter with an implementation of those would be a blast.
