it must feel weird as a gearbox employee to be finalising the maps the ritual employees apparently quite lovingly made before they were released from the project. all the ritual entertainment easter eggs still visible in a game released under valve/turtle rock/gearbox.

Did you know there was supposed to be a campaign for CS.GO but it was cancelled remember the cinematic trailer for the game that supposed to be the teaser for the story mod

The easter egg at 12:50 isn't actually a book but a reference to "Pocky" a popular snack.

The ammo box is actually a reference to the old half life, you can actually encounter the ammo box whenever you die in half life, it stores your remaining stuffs.
I thought dying in Half Life sent you back to your latest save/checkpoint, with all the equipment restored (basically like you didn't even die).

4:45 I believe that's a reference to one of the easter eggs in the game SiN (Which Ritual also developed.) It probably was some in-joke in the company, as that sheep also appears in the credits of SiN, and somewhere in one of the levels.
Yeah there's no way it'd be a Portal reference since this game came out a few years *before* Portal did.

3:45 The weird sound is the same of the chicken at 1:13, of a crying lamb. The joke here is that the developers wanted you to be unable to return back, so your stuck, as a mean joke, thus the crying of a lonenly lamb/sheep. Unfortunatly they underestimated our skills, as at is hard to get back but doable.
It sounds like the sheep kill sound in AOE2, first thing that popped into my head

Alright I'm thoroughly confused: as far as I get it "Condition Zero" was just some mod for CS of no interest, and "CZ Deleted Scenes" was precisely this campaign, yet the game kacpi's playing has even more levels? What am I missing?
Its not really a mod, its an official sequel to the original counter strike. Deleted scenes was originally an actual part of Condition Zero developed by Ritual, but it was completely dropped after getting average reviews. It was then later released by Valve as a separate game called condition zero: deleted scenes. This video also includes the bonus levels, which are available on the steam version.

Love CZ Deleted Scenes and I got like halfish of the easter egss (mainly the weapon ones) throughout my playthroughs but didn't know there were plenty of them. Especially the Hacker Cheater one because in that room you can see the VIP NPC model which wasn't used in the game at all. Not to mention the Jesus one turning into a devil, that was very spooky.

i wish condition zero deleted scenes gets a remake/remaster, the visuals will looks pleasing although counter strike isn't compatible to have/be a single player campaign but in my opinion they should atleast remake/remaster it and see how it goes.

i wonder why my CS Condition Zero (Xtreme edition) i have is like this... when playing a CZ map eg de_inferno_cz or cs_office_cz after playing 15 to 20 rounds, my FPS drop... at 1st 15-20 rounds its stable in 99 FPS as shown in my right upper screen thru cl_showfps 1 or net_graph 1 commands.... after that it will drop to 50 fps and below and worst of all it can go down to 4 FPS and the game will crash...and u will be ejected to your desktop... but when using a non CZ map eg de_dust2 from CS 1.6 it doesnt drop at all and much better.... im thinking if the much detailed textures of CZ map got something to do here?... or if its the CS CZ xtreme edition is laggy??? or the original CZ is much better???.pls help....
i tried also the command FPS_MAX 500 to 1000 & Developer 1 to increase my FPS but still the same problem will be there after 15 to 20 rounds of playing.... btw im using always 27 bots i tried to reduce it to 20 bots but still doesnt work...
