Genius! Thank you so much for your help. I've been struggling to comprehend new words and remember them for my future studies but this made it so much quicker to study

Hi Anastasia, I've enrolled for the upcoming Memory Workshop in Oct 2020 and have started trying out the techniques in preparation for the workshop. It is just amazing how effective your techniques work in less than 24 hours. I'm remembering lists of words I would really struggle to remember before this. Can't wait for the workshop. I'm starting to visualise what memory palaces I can create ... this is fun!

Hi Dennis, Thank you for your comment. It is great that you are doing the preparation, well done. It means you will get the most out of the course too :) I remember thinking the same thing when I first started using memory palaces, I just couldn't believe no one in school had ever mentioned them to me!

@@Anastasia_Woolmer I'm going to encourage my teenage sons to enrol for your course to help with their schooling. Do you have any specific course for them?

@@dennisteo9186 My Master Your Memory course is made for adults but would be suitable for many teenagers depending on their temperament. It is a question lots of people ask so in time I may open a course (or classes) specific for that age group. I find teenagers are more likely to need the human interaction of live online classes to keep them enthusiastic and learning.
I will send you a direct email with some options too :)

Hey, how many hours a day do you recommend practicing? Also how did you practice or do you vary it up (eg. Cards one day, pictures the next)?

    • @Anastasia_Woolmer

Hi, you really can get started with just 15 minutes a day, practicing the technique described. This small amount of training can make a big difference to your memory. If you want to take it further, add in other tools , such as the excellent 'Memory League' training software or the flashcard software 'Anki'. (you can also train on Memocamp and Memoriad) Yes I do vary what I train each day, although I try to use Anki every day (for number training mostly). But the key is just to do something most days.
