As a practicing martial arts person, I can tell you that the ideas expressed in this video are spot on! So many kata give me such bugger trouble, to recall where the next move goes or how it goes! Always looking for a new perspective of how to learn these things, rather than just doing them over and over and over and over..(which works too, but you can always do a kata better if you actually know the moves!)
