The most important thing about Rafa Nadal is not the way he plays, the technique he uses or how he hits the ball, the most important thing about Rafa is his spirit! Because it's something that is much bigger than tennis, it's a message for the people who're struggling and an attitude towards life! He is an icon of resistance, a true warrior without sword but with racquet that inspires a lot of people in their normal lifes, and that's what matters over the sport and the player, the icon he is, and that goes beyond any borders. I think Daniil will be bigger than thiem, zverev and tsitsipas... He is class is unique. This guy actually cares for the next point than what comes in future. I ll look out for him
They all very talented, but tennis is a solo sport, mentally you have to be on top every single time or you go down. Medvedev certainly has shown his spirit this year, especially the last few weeks of course, but Thiem definitely shown it at the French open. He just seem more comfortable at clay. Tsitsipas is a bit younger, maybe it will come, he is already top 10 but hasn't shown this strength at the majors. Zverev actually did the opposite, he disappears at the big stages. Based on the last few weeks it's easy to point out Medvedev, I think so too he just seem more mature mentally than the others.
I share the same thought, Daniil right now looks like the toughest competitors for anyone including top 3. His mental strength, it is almost like he doesn’t have any emotion or fear on court, his second serve consistently shows that. Match point or break point, he plays the same...very unusual. I thought Stefanos was tough, but no, this guy will beat him mentally. they are similar age now, Thiem a little older. Daniil and Stefanos will be the next rivalry for 1 and 2. I love Thiem and hope he can come in between and steal the thunder. But it does look tough for him.
I think it's unfair to bundle Thiem with Zverev and Tsitsipas, if Nadal wasn't playing Thiem could have easily had at least two French Open titles, he is pretty strong mentally and he showed that several times on the grand slam matches, but against Nadal on clay on a French Open final there just isn't much you can do.
Rafa is a beast. What a fantabulous and humble player he has always been. A true champion on and off the field. May he win a lot more grand slams in the years to come. Respect.

Not all great champs will make you into tears for their winning.. and Rafa always does that! Genuine greats!
One thing I never doubt that being a Rafa's fan. He's amazing
@Movies&&Highlights!!! thanks 🙂
@Movies&&Highlights!!! You are cute too :)
I have never regretted being Rafa's fan. Have been supporting him from RG 2006 when I was at high school. So proud of him, the greatest we've ever seen.
AGAIN....congratulations nadal ... another 2 grandslams and you are the greatest of all times you deserve it....... after all your injuries ... you are also the true nr.1 in this year 2019
He is the goat r u kidding
@@manojchaulagain6116 r u mad I know rafa is goat without a doubt
Ha ha 19 grand slam winner but still doesn't know the 25 second rule.. Shame.. Enforce 25 second rule every point and rafa would be with 0 titles😂😂...
2 more RGTrophy?
One Grand slam is enough..
He has 24-16 head2head against Federer and that counts to me as a slam
why do i feel so emotional everytime you won. congratulations RAFA
This is even longer than the highlights😂😂
that highlight was wack. should have been like 20 minutes at least. bastards
Next World No.1 on fucking god😩😪
Hahahaha so true
brokenupsound of french Open Highlights
Philipp Ghadiri At least the French gave us 10 minute finals highlights. US Open gave like 3 min for the final too
I cried with Medvedev. And the cheer for him today made me so emotional!!
This is how you earn the lost respect. He gave his heart out to the court.
Oh goodness! Such an emotional moment! So so proud and happy for you, Rafa❤️
Do you have a little lamb Mary?
Jim B you made me laugh hahaha
@Captain Plaintif yep. And you are playing the role of a clown in this circus!
Ditto!
Zilueta hahaha nah, I’m for Rafa all the way!
I met Rafael Nadal 5 years ago and is very humble and kind I think he’s the best tênis player congratulations my friend..
Wow lucky you!
Thx my friend please subscribe to my channel please
This year Rafa in the Grand Slam
Australian Open- Finalist
French Open- Champion
Wimbledon-Semifinalist
US Open- Champion
Still people saying Nadal is a Clay court player.Really what a joke this is....🤣🤣🤣
Hats of to the Legend like Rafa🙏🙏
And We are in 2019! 👏
He's a clay GOAT. It is his best surface. That doesn't mean he is not doing well in other surface. There is no such thing as a joke about that.
He got beaten by an amazing Roger, and an amazing Djokovic. It's a great year for him. If not for the Big 3, his year was worthy of a Calendar Slam.
3 finals, 2 wins, 1 semi....couldn't have gone much better...Next year he needs to push for 2 more..each year wit will get much more difficult now. I do feel one big injury could spell big trouble...Good luck 2020
@@sammyeshun9429 To be fair I do not think he'll beat Novak off clay...so as long as he avoids him it is fine. FO Rafa still reigns though over anyone.
Such a classic and humble man .may God Strengthens and Renew your strength day by day. We Love you Rafa for being such a great Ambassador for the game of Tennis.
RAFA ONE OF GREATEST TENNIS, amazing Man, With Ferocious Heavy Top Spin Forehand ,Two Handed Backhand consistecy and Incredible mental Toughness.....
So respect to Mr Rafa Nadal
Spanish heat vs Russian ice ... this time ice has melted. Well done Rafa, Daniil your time is coming soon.
waqas ahmed and the “Serbian air” was breadstick-bagelled in their last meeting
Jack Of Blades and you choked spelling ‘Thiem’ .
@waqas ahmed and the serbian air was demolished by Spanish heat last week
@@Pei_Bo I'm spanish but Novak is a machine lol. Not all the times, sadly, Nadal wins. Novak is tough. We hope to overcome it!
@@pa_u_los lo se amigo, Novak es una puta bestia jajaja
Legend Rafa and the nextgen Medvedev ... Huge respect both of you... What humbleness n sportsman spirit... Way to go champs
Medvedev is the future.
@@confidenciaspatriotas hope he carries the humbleness n greatness of nadal-federer
He's just reliving his greatest achievements on screen, his whole career before his eyes. Applause in the background is just white noise. He has truly dedicated himself to the sport and is one of the greatest ever. Congratulations, Rafa!!.
Sami Tangu yup I love the guy after Rafa
I share the same thought, Daniil right now looks like the toughest competitors for anyone including top 3. His mental strength, it is almost like he doesn’t have any emotion or fear on court, his second serve consistently shows that. Match point or break point, he plays the same...very unusual. I thought Stefanos was tough, but no, this guy will beat him mentally. they are similar age now, Thiem a little older. Daniil and Stefanos will be the next rivalry for 1 and 2. I love Thiem and hope he can come in between and steal the thunder. But it does look tough for him.
@@bifftannen66 and still zverev got the biggest title of all of them. But yeah just too weak at grand slams
Respect.
Truly amazing, Rafa Nadal is true sportsman and incredible champion!
What a champion!!!
Rafael Nadal.
Well done Danil.
Thank you.
Extraordinary gentlemen.
i am a federer fan and i am so happy for rafa.He is definitely the biggest fighter in tennis, i hope he can play for many more years and without injuries.
Pierre Maldonado, if you are really a true Federer-fan, than I have applaud your generous attitude.
Each member of the Big Three is unique in his own inimitable way. As a Rafafan I would be more than happy if the GOAT race ends with a three-way tie. This would be poetic justice because all of them fully deserve the GOAT title.
Rafa the king! I couldn't be happier to be his fan forever!!! Such a humble and kind man! What an extraordinary player! Just simply supreme! Congratulations GOAT!!! 👏👏👏👏❤❤👑👑
Medvedev will be the future of this sport if he has the right people around him. Awesome player. Congratulations to my fellow Spaniard Rafael Nadal as well. What an unbelievable fighter and winner.
@/S_/H_/U_/K_/R_/A_/Y_/E / In what?Post match interviews?
@/S_/H_/U_/K_/R_/A_/Y_/E / Unfortunately Kyrgyos lacks the necessary humility, mental strength and love for the sport. He is a wasted talent.
Fer Blues seems to have a great attitude, very humble . I love this type of people to win , I can't stand arrogance.
@/S_/H_/U_/K_/R_/A_/Y_/E / Kyrgios chutzpah < Bernard Tomic 😁😂
Hope Med would be standing in the way of Djoker at the Aussie open.
Omg I can't stop my tears..been waiting for this day for soo long ..u R the KING RAFA
It's all about 19... Rafa's 19th title, Bianca is 19.. congrats to the USO winners of 2019
An extraordinary end. An invincible champion - Nadal and a young, future champion - Medvedev. Thank you, both of you.
Medvedev is special outside his tennis skills. Sense of humor, humility, and lots of character mentally throughout the match. Leader of the next gen for sure.
Something to look forward to.
Nadal is the goat for me but I fell in love with Medvedev's humbleness! What a great man and tennis player
I'm Rafa fan. But I really love him too. He going to be a great pennis playing in the future
I am gonna burst your bubble.. Medvedev is nice. But has had his inappropriate moments.. Flipping the audience.. Bad behavior with rye staff. Look it up.
Abhishikta Chakraborty He apologized to the crowd
Me as well. I'm a Rafa fan but Meddy won my permanent respect for how he played this USO final and his closing remarks. Takes guts and class to do that.
@@abhishiktachakraborty451 People change. He hired someone to make his attitude correct and now he is a humble person. Maybe you should look this up :)
Great job Medvedev ! Thank you for giving us one of the most exciting matches in US open history.
Hands down the most moving closing ceremony I've ever seen. What an amazing athlete Rafa is. Unique in all the world.
Never seen him breakdown that bad before. Great match. Congrats to the greatest player of all time, Rafael Nadal
I feel probably 10x prouder than what he feels right now because I watched tennis growing up only because of him. When i stopped playing, he was the only reason that i kept going back to the sport that I once loved so much. Love you Rafa
Everybody thinks Nadal will have to wait until the French Open to match Federer, but I think he will match his record at the Australian Open, and then officially become GOAT when he wins the Roland Garros.
VAMOS RAFA!!!!!!!!!!!
Yessssss
God gift in tennis history
Rafa
Well done Rafa on your new 19 slam achievment keep it up
Rafa The Greatest sportsman of all time!!!
Being a Rafa fan has given me more pleasure than any other athlete other than MJ. And both are GOATs.
It scares a hell out of me Rafa! But its worth the tension! Youre one of a kind! Congratulations!Cheers!!!!
First time I saw Nadal bring tears, Vamos Rafa 👏👏👏👏👏
Rafa is a fighter who never gives up, together with his impressive technique and physical conditions makes him an exceptional and unique player. The best without a doubt. Congratulations!
PS.: A humble, polite and empathetic person with everyone.
The greatest human being in a great moment! and that's what is really his must important legacy HIS INTEGRITY AND HONESTY
This 19 was so huge for Rafa. in a way I feel his tears were because he probably never thought he'd make it this far, especially with all the injuries. It must be a truly overwhelming feeling to have experienced so much setback and yet, still, find yourself a slam away from 20. A dream being lived. Vamos Rafa!
Won 1st GS at age 19 ! And won 19 GS in 2019 !
and now he has 22 GS
What a career, how great is the spirit. You are always the one and only one who moved me among a few other great players, since the first time I watched you play on tv, chasing the ball and won your first grand slam. Salute!
I was really nervous for the match but the result made me happy. Rafa is the best but Medvedev is the future of the game....
I remember coming back home from work early morning in India it was around 4:30am and I was rooting for Rafa so hard Was so happy for his win. his win is my win❤️❤️❤️❤️
This year will be again in US open! Vamoss Rafa!🇪🇦🇪🇦
I am sobbing like a baby all over again. The pain, the emotion, all the struggle all these years written all over his face and in his eyes. A true warrior and champion, Rafael Nadal.
As a Novak fan i AM really happy for Nadal and also for Medvedev. Super happy someone from young guys finally came out and now I think we have a future double digits GS title player. Bravo.
Congats to Rafa and all his fans around the world. (Vamos)
I am tearing up too....😅😅😅 Rafa deserves it 💕
Were so proud of you RAFAEL NADAL vamooooos keep lifting trophies congratulations!
Huge respect to Medvedev !!!
Grand slams coming his way as well for sure !!
This ceremony was so full of emotional moments. I can't believe that amidst his joy, in a GS win ceremony, Rafael took the time to send condolences to Karim Alami. What a man.
Always see that 19 year old boy when i see Rafa winning... even today... he has put so much effort to get to where we see him today... it is so tough to see him age...
I cried for him. Greatest fighter of tennis 🔥👏
Damn gave me goosebumps when the crowd chanted Nadal Nadal. US open crowds are the best
*worst
@Captain Plaintif scared bro djoko/medvedev won't catch Rafa and Rafa will pass Federer next year
What a terrific finals! Both players displayed their very best‼️ A big win for Rafa❣️🙏
Rafa, the embodiment of athletism, fighting spirit, wisdom, sportsmanship, tennis iq, intensity and respect.
The true role model to all. the greatest sportsman ever.
I bow down to you.
Nadal is a Ture Legend, a Real Hero and World Class Champion. LUV him so much
A TRUE tennis fan will love and appreciate BOTH Rafa and Federer. I certainly do. Both are beyond extraordinary. Who do I root for when they play each other? Not sayin😁.
VLPRESL you got to throw Djokovic’s name in there. He’s been just as impressive as them. Those three together dominated their era.
VLPRESL I know who it’s RaFa cos u first mention him then Federer lol
I'm always both sad and happy when Federer and Nadal meet because I love em both .
