If we drop a book and slip while picking it up we have to write a report. We can and do say we haven't had any training on picking up books from floor. Sounds stupid but it puts an end to their investigation and analysis of the situation and them trying to develop a corrective action plan for dropping books. And no this is not a joke it's totally serious. It's Australia .

I took a rickshaw ride driven by Yuka-chan in Asakusa. It's so cute to see Yuka-chan guiding us with her body language and hand gestures! And her hospitality is amazing😊 If you are ever in Asakusa, you should definitely take a ride on a rickshaw driven by Yuka-chan!
Each time I see her, Yuka-chan is growing more beautiful and competent. She's always been funny and extremely cute but never as sharp and confident "doing the guide" than she was during her explanations at the Temple Grounds in that vid. You can tell she is no rookie anymore. Her long-time fans know how much she struggled as a trainee and even though she was already very popular at that time, they probably remember how young Yuka-chan would kind of "sell herself short" sometimes, pointing out / apologizing for her conversational skills, lack of knowledge of the area. That was before but no more. Yuka-chan has worked very hard and it shows. Her new-found confidence really gives her a new dimension company, I think. We all know how much she dreamed about this Disneyland job, not being able to get it must have been a big blow for her but this video right here by GTJT is the proof how she reacted to that upset. By following her motto, naturally. I have never seen her so fully committed, determined and physically fit. No doubt her "three-legged" races with Nana-chan have helped her build her stamina. She's become quite the athlete. Way to go, Yuka-chan ! The managers over at Disneyland have made a colossal mistake in failing to recruit this fine, very capable, beautiful and hardworking young woman. Their loss. By the time they realize their mistake, I'll be too late for Yuka-chan will already be a world-known superstar, a Tokyo Richshaw manager and probably have her own RUclips channel, as well ; like an another Tokyo Rickshaw manager we know. That's all I wish for her. It takes two to make a vid and have a ride / talk, GTJT Onii-san. I liked how you just kept conversation going without monopolizing it, leaving Yuka doing most of the work. Her Shimosa / Kazusa genki pitch is the ultimate anime voice and GTJT's polite acknowledgements, ever so on point. Just what's needed, more or less. GTJT is even using the -さん suffix for the youngest of the girls. So respectful. I dig that attitude and I'm pretty sure the drivers must appreciate it to. Awesome work, really. I took a rickshaw ride driven by Yuka-chan in Asakusa.
It's so cute to see Yuka-chan guiding us with her body language and hand gestures!

Each time I see her, Yuka-chan is growing more beautiful and competent. She's always been funny and extremely cute but never as sharp and confident "doing the guide" than she was during her explanations at the Temple Grounds in that vid. You can tell she is no rookie anymore. Her long-time fans know how much she struggled as a trainee and even though she was already very popular at that time, they probably remember how young Yuka-chan would kind of "sell herself short" sometimes, pointing out / apologizing for her conversational skills, lack of knowledge of the area. That was before but no more.
Yuka-chan has worked very hard and it shows. Her new-found confidence really gives her a new dimension company, I think. We all know how much she dreamed about this Disneyland job, not being able to get it must have been a big blow for her but this video right here by GTJT is the proof how she reacted to that upset. By following her motto, naturally. I have never seen her so fully committed, determined and physically fit. No doubt her "three-legged" races with Nana-chan have helped her build her stamina. She's become quite the athlete. Way to go, Yuka-chan !
The managers over at Disneyland have made a colossal mistake in failing to recruit this fine, very capable, beautiful and hardworking young woman. Their loss. By the time they realize their mistake, I'll be too late for Yuka-chan will already be a world-known superstar, a Tokyo Richshaw manager and probably have her own RUclips channel, as well ; like an another Tokyo Rickshaw manager we know. That's all I wish for her.
It takes two to make a vid and have a ride / talk, GTJT Onii-san. I liked how you just kept conversation going without monopolizing it, leaving Yuka doing most of the work. Her Shimosa / Kazusa genki pitch is the ultimate anime voice and GTJT's polite acknowledgements, ever so on point. Just what's needed, more or less. GTJT is even using the -さん suffix for the youngest of the girls. So respectful. I dig that attitude and I'm pretty sure the drivers must appreciate it to. Awesome work, really.

@@ogimati5175 Yes, indeed. Very very cute but not quite in the same way as before. So much more mature, confident and lady-like in her beauty. She not just a cute young girl anymore. I'm sure you noticed how she worked on the Kami and her Asakusa history, as well. Between every one of her YT appearances, Yuka-chan levels up ten times. She's definitely in XP mode x 2 since that Disneyland business. Tokyo Rickshaw does but clearly, they do not deserved to have a sweet young lady like Yuka-chan in their staff. I sure hope the folks who turned her down and kind of broke her dream will see this vid and soon understand what a huge error they've made.
