Going with 3 Venators against 3 Lucrehulks + Modified Providence + 10+ Munificents seems like suicide
there were 4 venators as part of the republic and 2 cargo-class cruisers, but they also have weapons, several anti-fighter guns and missiles
Also, two aircraft carriers, the flagship trench, and some other I don't remember its name, about 2 luchehulk-type ships and about 12-13 frigates of the munificent type fought on the part of the separatists
moreover, the second blockade of Christovsis took place when the republic left only one venator, about 2-3 frigates of the munifusent type came to protect the planet and put it to flight, after which the Separatists put about 5 frigates of munifisent and 3 luchehulk
after the republic sent 3 venators and 4 aclomators, suicide, I assume that this is the aclomator 1 designed for landing troops, and not the aclomator 2, which was created for space battles

Yeah, considering the occupying force was lead a by a top-notch duo of commanding officers. Admiral trench led the blockade while general loathsome was leading the ground assault.
Chronologically this is the first episode of the serie.

Always wondered why republic cruisers were more susceptible to damage than separatist warships?
well I think in this case the reason is the number of seperatist warships
Droid-crewed frigates didn't require life support systems over the length of the ship. This freed up more power for turbolaser batteries.

Venator cruisers were more versatile than many other warships. This made them very useful, but made them more vulnerable in capital ship combat. Victory cruisers were supposed to be deployed with them to make up for this, but they were only built in limited numbers.

Ahsoka will never see Anakin After the Battle of Endor. This movie clone Wars predicted return of Jedi. Their relationship Is VERY strong and It never dies. Is that because Luke and Ahsoka are celebrate the 50th birthday of Anakin that he would have been in the new Republic and even they were sad that Anakin sacrifices himself killing Palpatine.
unfortunately I have to correct you, it´s actually 31 years, because the mandalorian is 5 years after battle of Endor, it´s not confirmed they met in 4 ABY

I always wondered why didnt trench fire a spread of lasers again once anikan deactivated his cloaking device to charge at trenches ship with those torpedoes behind him. I feel like he could have easily blown up both the ship and the torpedeos behind it
Small fast-moving target most likely. Sure, there was *a chance* to hit Anakin's ship but I feel like Trench's overconfidence got the better of him.
No lasers around the bridge directly . Anakin knew his flight Path and could maneuver around them again
@@Mr.CurlyLoxJr Launch some fighters. Maybe there are laser cannons in a smaller calliber, like anti - fighter guns. Those should be enough to destroy the torpedos, as this is all you need to do.
It all happened so fast that he didn't have time to think of that and to give the order. Some missiles also have self-destruct mechanisms so he could have blown them up before they got to him but again, there was no time

Plot armor carries the Republic forces (its a propaganda show). Trench could have easily decimated them when they were leading the lock-on missiles back to Trench's command ship. Had he started firing the turbo lasers on the now uncloaked ship he would either have struck a decisive hit or forced them to pull off from their attack.

Romulans arent going ro be happy about that cloaked ship.

Cloaking devices are actually pretty large and require a lot of energy to maintain which is why ships like the one here and the TIE phantom had dedicated spots for the device and a higher than average energy output
Ships like the Schmitar had a cloaking device but average energy output so it can only cloak for a short time
They are also expensive.

Pretty sure he was just targeting the command ship since the droids would go in a panic if the Admiral was killed, he just didn't realize Trench was a smart mf

a very important strategic location in the galaxy next to important trading routes and hyperspace lanes

How come none of the other ships are using cloaking devices?
