I swear as soon as I buy something they come out with a new and improved version!
Why the rush? Rushing really took away from enjoying all the scrapbook collections. We are here to look at all the wonderful and beautiful things you create so maybe next time do it without the rush. I am looking forward to to many new releases you have shared.

Public speakers’ rule of thumb is after asking for questions to be silent to for 8 seconds to allow people time to feel comfortable asking a question and maximize questions asked. It’s probably different for live videos but thought I’d share that tidbit.
WOW! I love, love, love this cinch with options!!! I do Coptic and disc. WRM has small tools I have used for both applications, but I am SUPER excited. Glad I waited until you came out with this bookmaker’s AWESOMENESS. Thank you again.

Sticky Folio sheets are the same as Artist-Tac, which has been around for ages in pads, but the Sticky Folio presentation is nice. Fun to get a quick look at quick intro to what’s coming - as a card maker I’m intrigued by the wreath builder. Thanks for inviting us into your meeting! : )
Yeah, was gonna say the same. It’s not really new, but just resurrected. Xyron sticker makers are the same too, but the machines can bulky to store.

Wish I had seen this Live to Ask Questions, so I'm gonna post them here & Hope someone from WRMK can Answer them ..
QUESTIONS:
1. Sticky Dots Folio - R the Dots Strong enough for Foiling?
2. Paper Holder - Will the Dots Imprint on the Last Cardstock page, if used for Paper Storage? (Think I will use it for a "Drying Station" for when I do different mediums on cardstock for my card layers.)
3. EvenFlo Glue Gun - Will you have Different Tips for it down the road? How long does 1 Charge last? How long does it take to Charge it?

I'm Excited to see if any of the New Tools come to HSN. Cuz we usually get an Awesome Deal there. Plus I like the Flex Pay hsn has lol.
I know the Screen Print was there. But I wasn't interested in that.
Definitely Love the New Cinch, Glue Gun, Sticky Dots Folio, Paper Holder, & the New Resin Kit - like that it's gonna be Allergy Free(was so Happy to hear her say she didn't have any Allergy problems w/ it.)
Suggestion - Maybe next time to you could a lot for a Longer Show so they have More Time to Demo the Tools & Show New Collections w/o having to Rush through it All.

Great new products. Several I will likely buy to add to my ever growing collection. American crafts/we r memory keepers tools are excellent and I use them every time I craft.
So much for the budget I was hoping to follow. 😂
It would have been nice to divide this video into two so that it didn’t feel like a horse race with everyone rushing so quickly through things. The tools and resin in one and the collections in the other would permit you beautiful people to slow down and let us enjoy you/them much more. I wait each year for your releases because I know you have designed something wonderful!

I've wanted a cinch for ages but never got 1 because it only did the 1 type of binding so I think I really need to get this 1 since I do disc bound and a few other types of bindings. I also like the sticky folio and circle stamp platform. So many cool things so little space.

I should have waited until the end of the video. But, oh well. I like the printer item, but I have not ever done screen printing. But I bet it will be very popular. And, how SMART to make the paper tray with the legs on the OUTSIDE of the tray. Other companies have it inside and it makes the actual size of the trays smaller so you can’t use it for 12x12! Another YAY!

On the Sticky Folio, it would be helpful if the cover sheet was clear so you could see through to where your item was.
I wonder if you don’t even need to put the cover sheet over it. Just press the die cut or embellishment down on the dots, pick it up, put on your project and then rub/press down. At least that’s how Artist-Tac works, which is the same thing that’s been around for decades in a pad.

make it lay flat.

Constructive critique: Loved Shannon? and her presentation but you all made her go too fast. Lose the studio audience we never see and cannot hear. If this is a staff meeting of some kind do it separately, Let the lady show the items and be excited about them which sells to us (public) and informs us all much better instead of giving her a timer. Let the video be 90 minutes if it needs to be or break it into two videos. Heidi Swapp didn't get her due time because she was at the end. Mold some resin on camera for us to show how easy it is....Love all the designers and the two presenters, but you rushed this video. Bad audio at a few points which also makes me think this was just for in house staff use and then released to youtube. If you are making a public video, make it nice. Beautiful products! Slow down the rush. :)
Agree…hard to watch and too blurry. Too impersonal! Bad marketing.
Yes it was hard to Watch plus it wasToo Fast an the viewing of the camera and then you move things did not help. 😮
I was looking for a video of your new products so when I saw this, I was excited. The first guy was better than the rest because he didn’t seem rushed but no real close ups of results or products. I really wanted to know more about the resin tool. I guess I will have to wait until people buy these things and write reviews.
I’m actually pleased we were able to see a presentation which apparently wasn’t designed for the public for items that aren’t out yet. Just a quick look of what’s to come, and easy enough to get more info/videos down the road.
Or break it up into 2 or 3 videos.

I think the glue gun is really nice and I would love to have one if they came with a detail tip . Maybe you will consider that it would make it more useful to crafters.
That glue gun had a pretty high price-point. Now, if the craft stores still had those 50% off coupons, it wouldn't be too bad, but, just under $80 is a bit steep.
@@lisamiller1543 I agree that is a pretty high price , but if you get years of service from it then it is not a bad purchase . I have a mini glue gun a real cheapo , I paid 2.99 for it about 20 yrs. ago , have used it a great deal over the years and it works as well as ever . My biggest complaint about using this gun is having to work that trigger constantly to keep the glue coming , and it still doesn't give a steady stream . I would consider this a good deal , their tools are well made and last forever if they are cared for properly so I think its not so bad .
So what is the max size you can go with in the cinch tool for a spiral bind? It looks like your sample was maybe 5x7. What about a 8.5x11 or bigger?
You can do any size. Your first punch will have to be against the side tab, then remove it and and continue. Since they make the wiring up to 12 inches, that is usually what you could make. But if you just use O rings or stitching, then whatever size you want.

Hi! The Sticky Folio refills are currently only sold in permanent adhesive, but we'll pass your question on to our team. We do sell silk screen refills separately. These will all be available over the next few months.

Do you have to use your cartridge or can you use other glue sticks .
How come the book cover ends are uneven on the multi cinch samples? Multi cinch is a pass for me.
I think it's just because it was a demo in a hurry. I have the mini cinch and if you take your time, they are lined up properly.
@@AimeeFleck He's not doing anything different. If you watch Cratelier's video, you'll see the same issue. Moreover, this is an existing problem with the Disc Cinch.
On the silk screen press will there be other image plastic sheets to purchase other than the one that you showed with the image of the Sun

What is the price range going to be with the Multi-Cinch? Other than the heart, mushroom and coptic, what are the other cartridges?
Hi! The Multi Cinch comes with the Circle and Disc punches and retails for $149. The Square, Heart, Spiral, Coptic, and Band punches are each sold separately for $39.
Oh man, I just bought the disc cinch. I would have waited to get the new multi cinch. 😢
What is the ratio on punches like the the heart for the multi mini cinch? Love most your products!

On the glue gun demo did you say it came with a silicone pad? Would love to have seen that. Liked your dotted sticky sheets. That looks useful. The paper collections? Enjoyed seeing the papers etc. but there was too much to fast. Have you considered doing shorter video's showing fewer products but go a little slower instead of rushing so fast?
How and where do we get the ink for the screen press? I have looked everywhere even on HSN. I love this silk screen and noticed that you had more colors to order, but where?
I cant find the foil quill anywhere! do you know if it has been discontinued or if its being replaced?
What size is the sticky portfolio?
It's early June 2023. I've just spent a couple of frustrating hours searching online to buy the Sticky Folio and the Rotating Precision Press from online shops worldwide especially Britain and the USA. I suppose I can make do with the We R Memory Keepers Precision Press which will do 4-ways easily enough, though not the detail of a circle. WRMK, any chance you can please speed up distribution to Britain, indeed to worldwide? - your eager customers await! :-)

Are the screen print frames reusable after ironing on the vinyl?
No. Once ironed, it's permenant. I think in other videos, they mentioned you can use removable vinyl sheets to make your own patterns on a cricut.
That is why they sell refills of screens.
How quickly does the ink dry for the T-shirt?
I’m trying to find a step by step video on the band cartridge on the book binding machine. Also when will it come out in the craft stores? Will Michael’s and Hobby Lobby carry it?

As a company without the trade show( Chac), I would have presented differently. I would have shown each designer in one dedicated you tube video, slower with more close ups. I would title them clearly such as 2023 new collection of Jane Orange. Next one, 2023 new collection of Samantha Apple etc.. I would have kept the tools in one you tube video with more close-ups. As your customer, I could take the time to look at 15 minute vids of one designer at a time and really see what I like. That's what I use to do when you had the craft shows and all the influencers would feature your demonstrators and designers. Got to change with the times, do it well. Hire a film student
Put the website in the description and on the video to direct potential customers straight to the products... lol. Yeah, this looks like they just ran through everything all at once and didn't think about actually directing their customers to places to purchase their products or inviting other creators to show their creations using any of the products.

I wouldn’t watch so many individual videos just to see if I might have an interest. I liked the quick overview of all of them, which allows me to hone in on the one or two that might interest me. Later they’re sure to have individual videos and I can ignore most of them.
How many uses do you get out of the silk screen?
What type of ink are those wheel inks? They look like a metallic ink? Are they We r keepers? Where can we buy these?

Do all the sizes of wires work with the Multi Cinch, or are you limited to 5/8 ?
I think it depends on the pitch or how many wires you use. Like 2:1 like the Cinch for twin wire binding on my older Cinch. But maybe the wire clamper on the back of this one isn't as large as the older cinch that I have.
Love your products and have most of them. But can you please for the love of all things crafty, please create a FULL-SIZE binding machine so we don't have to take our paper out and slide it down.
I have two clinches one with square holes and one with round and I just haven't gotten a full-sized binding machine room another company because I keep hoping that you guys will create one.
So, please create a full-sized binding machine where we don't have to slide the paper down.
