I was debating which one to get when I saw this video. But then I watched your video on how to punch 4 holes using the mini cinch. I like the look of the spacing on the sides, even with the 6 holes. So I bought the mini today 😊. I'm planning on making smaller books so it should work fine😄
This was very helpful. I have a tendency to buy small versions of craft items to save money only to eventually prefer the larger size, and then end up with spending money on both. Your video helped me to decide the larger one is more what I would prefer to own. Thank you!
Thank you so much for explaining in detail. I had thought I would want the mini, but now I know the larger one has so much more to offer for a variety of my mini albums. Also, this is my 1st time here. Can't wait to watch more 😊
Thank you so much! I had to double check the mini cinch description on the website and the only place I found that said it used 5/8” wire was on the back of the package. To me, the fact that it only works with one diameter of wire is the most important factor, and I wouldn’t have thought about it if I hadn’t seen your review. I guess you could close the wire by hand but that defeats the purpose of buying a binding machine. Thanks again!

I plan to make photo scrapbook diaries of the family and friends of our twice-a-year gatherings. Thank you very much for taking the time to make this video. I appreciate it,

@@craftingwithpaula After watching your video a few more times, I have decided that I would like both machines when my budget allows. Here's why: the mini Cinch has the option for a disc punch. This particular one I think would be the most efficient, as it allows the ability to add pages.
Awesome. Thank you. I have all 3 cinch, mini and multi with cartridges. I am getting started on books. Do you have a tutorial on the Valentines Book? What paper did you use on the final notebook?
@@craftingwithpaula sorry, not the paper for the Valentines one the paper for the notebook you put together at the end of the video using the big cinch. You mentioned it was heavy. Just curious what it was.

Thank you for this review and demo. I’ve been looking into the new mini multi cinch but it’s out of stock with the extra cartridges that I would want. The large cinch looks so versatile! Love the notebook you made too. TFS, Paula ❤
This video and the one about the mini, are very, very helpful. I am wondering if the leftover sections of the wires can be used by putting them together to form a longer wire for larger notebooks? If so, can wires be intentionally cut in sections so as to make a multi-color binding? Also, I like to make refillable items for myself and to give away. Once the paper is used up, can the cover and any dividers be removed and put together with another stack of papers for cinching with a new wire?
Hi Paula, wonderful video as usual. When you demonstrated the 3 and 3 hole with the middle missing, how to you cinch that? 2 separate pieces of wire? I like the look of that but confused on how to use the cinch wires. Thank you .
I used cardboard on the big one and just created using a paper pad. I also used a border paper punch. Maybe next time I'll show how to create the covers too, but in this case it was not the focus of the video. :)
Hi I have the large cinch I understand the 2.1 rule but I don’t understand what size wires to buy .. I have wasted money on some very small ones and my cinch does not clamp them because they are so small … help what size should I buy? Thanks in advance for any replies x
Hi, did you see that the Cinch has the proper sizes printed on it? I only buy the 5/8 inch and one inch. I never use the smaller ones because they don’t really fit much at all.
There are two kinds of regular cinch. One of them accepts the spiral, because it punches a round hole, but the one I showed is the one that only excepts the other kind of wires. Be careful when you buy them because you need to know which kind of wire you were going to use.
