Pretty much the Sculk Sensor, as you said, gives the user spider sense effectively allowing them to dodge attacks they wouldn't be able to see, like how Orange dodged the spider webs while looking the other way. However, as a draw-back, it makes the user more docile, which was why Orange wasn't attacking all that much and only attacked when he was attacked first.

I also see that a lot of people were confused as to why the Bedrock was breaking at the end. It was because that Bedrock was created by the Lucky Block staff, so when the staff broke, everything it made also broke.

TNT CAN destroy obsidian but it requires A LOT of it
It can even destroy bedrock but you need enough TNT to destroy your computer in order to do that.

Actually, that was an old myth! Obsidian and bedrock doesn’t have variables for how many blasts it can take, it just has a blast resistance, which is calculated per single blast. If a blast goes above its blast resistance, it would break, but TNT doesn’t have enough power for that and blowing up multiple at the same time wouldnt increase the blast power, since it’s only calculated per single block of TNT.

The foreshadowing in this episode is just amazing... when they were trying to test all the blocks, they already kinda showed the powers of different blocks when put in a staff... so that it'd make sense later on in the fight scenes...
