Who is the rude person who thumbs down this. I would love to break yer finger lol. Seriously you have no idea the time effort and love that goes into making these reaching viedoes.
The very same question went through my head too!
This really made me chuckle! 😂
I was thinking the same!! They prob did not even watch it, just being mean!
It could have been accidental. Why fly off the handles?
I just think they cannot understand great work, so they thumb down it. Its just ignorance. Sad part is, Lol, if you don't like it and your one out of say, a hundred, then who is the problem ?? Hmmm? 😶 I' d say mums the word there friend. Blossom power 🌸I hope you are feeling better. Prayers are ongoing. 👼

Fabulous!💜🙏💜
Thank you
Lovely thankyou
Scheepjes is one of my favourite brands. They usually don't have very bright colours, but the colours they have have a deep, warm and natural feel.
CH2517Joan when are you going to start the border you let me know ASAP
Have you considered streaming a whole knit?
It's very relaxing watching you, and you've got a very soothing voice. I'm fairly certain people would watch - especially if they had sufficient notice.
I'm struggling with tension on my own attempts, I am learning from watching you, and getting slightly better with each attempt.
great video .
Just started one in stylecraft special dk in dusky rose for a baby blanket. Would it be possible to do as a rectangle as my mum needs a blanket and I love this pattern. Thanks again for sharing x x
I love this pattern! My hardest part of crocheting is picking the yarn. I’ve yet to buy any of the cakes, or whirls ect... because I’m always wondering if it’s going to change colors at a weird time. Maybe I’ll pick one up for this blanket though.
I'm exactly the same!
Hi Rebekah. Hope you're feeling a bit better and keep looking after yourself. Love this pattern and fab tutorial as always. How would go about changing colours in the pattern please? Would it be the sl St part? Many thanks Clair xx
Hi Clair. Yes, slip stitch to finish your round and then turn your blanket, and then attach your new colour into the corner space and either chain 2 or do a standing UK treble 👍🏻
I’m quite a novice crocheter and am having trouble with the solid granny round finding the V at the top of the trebles mine don’t seem very defined? I was wondering whether to have a go at solid granny squares to get me started? I love the blanket and would like to crack the method xxx
🤗
So do you recommend just using the hook recommended by your yarn label or is a bigger hook better for drape?
Good morning, any news on Part 2, Am desperate to finish this blanket. Regards
Would it be possible to do this blanket without the chain spaces between the granny clusters, as long as I didn't do the treble in between the granny clusters on the solid row, or would it throw the stitch count out? I just prefer my granny square blankets without the chain space.
Hello Rebecca, I hope this note finds you feeling better. I hope this note finds everyone fairing well. God Bless and keep all of us.
I made this baby blanket in the USA with a Caron Big Cake .I found three of them for $ 3.99 each.in Blueberry Scone (603 yds. or 551 M) I used one and part of another.
This blanket is pretty. I just need to know what border you put on so I can finish it. I am not in a hurry. There isn't any socializing outside the home here. No one to give a boy blanket to as of right now. I'm sure there will be a baby boom when this is over. ; )
Hi I have made this blanket in bk on a 4 means it worked out beautiful but I have just started making it with a whirl but it’s very loss and it’s not laying flat it looks as if I got too many sticks I am doing it on a 3.5 mm thanks x
Hi Rebekah, when you slip stitch into 2nd chain atcthectop after finishing the previous row, do you go through the two strands of the V or just the one? I am never quite sure!
Thanks!
Hi!! Please can you add Part 2. I'm almost done with the main body and looking for the border! Thank you so much!!
Hi Angie - I'm filming it this week so should be ready for Thursday-ish. Apologies for the delay, things went a little crazy. I'm sure your blanket is so lovely!
@@BlossomCrochet thank you soo much! I hope you are well and on the Med. I'm making it for my friend expecting a boy here in South Africa. Will tag your page on Instagram once done and gifted ;) Love your channel.. very helpful and easy to follow! Keep up the GREAT work ;)
Just wondering I'm doing the first round of the edging But I'm not sure of I'm going to have enough for all the edging I just wonder if I can skip the 2nd round of edging and do the 3rd cause I think I'm going to run out of yarn otherwise . And I've only done 36 rounds of the blanket otherwise I will have to undo and look at some other kind of edging. Thank you for any advise u can give 😊
Did I MISS where you said what size hook you used on the two BEAUTIFUL blankets? I’m sorry if I missed it………… what size a DID you use? Thank you!💕💕🧶🧶
Do u have anywhere on FB that we can share our work from ur videos?
Hi Rebekah. Hope you're feeling much better. I absolutely love this pattern and so want to do with the Scheepjes Whirl but i cannot get on with this yarn at all. Do you have any tips for working with it? TIA x
Hi Nicky - A whirl can be tricky to get used to at first - especially if you're used to DK or chunky (like I was!) but I don't have any tips as such, just that you'll likely get used to it eventually... I know that's not very helpful right now though!
Just lovely. I love the blue color... what color was that?
It is a Scheepjes Whirl in Mediterranean Mocha 💙
Where can you get the written patterns
🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞
Will this pattern be easy to make into a shawl?
Think I could do 2 solid rounds to every 1 round of traditional? I hate trying new patterns because I hate if I mess up, I have to frog.
Did u block yr blanket and if so how big was it after u blocked it?
Where Can i get the written pattern
Hi Rebekah, could I use 2 Whirls to make it larger? I have never used Scheepjes Whirl.
Yes absolutely! 💙
Lovely blanket but problem is it has holes in it and I know that mum’s don’t like holes in blankets because little fingers can get caught in them and they maybe get constricted .
How big is this blanket please?
My finished blanket with the Whirl measured 1 metre square 🌸
@@BlossomCrochet thank you for your reply. I’ve made this using Caron simply soft and I love the size and look with the edge so pretty.
Was I dreaming. I thought I saw you with this pattern done in a variegated yarn & now I can’t find it?
Hi Marion! Yes, I’ve made a few of these now, each in a different yarn. The most recent one I’m doing is in Ice Yarn Magic Light 🌈
@@BlossomCrochet where can I see the photos please?
Thank you
