@@BusTVChan Yes we had the Metro D's at my garage 3768-3791. Metro B's 3001-3016,3268 as I can remember.I was a young driver back then. But I do miss hauling ass in them. Lol
You think they look weird? I think they look really cool and really really interesting because you don't see any buses that look quite like that I always like the windshield the way it came in on the one side something you don't see on many coaches and something you definitely probably won't see on any new bus ever again they just have a really interesting look and many cities had them so it's definitely a historic and a static to see these when you see them in such a good condition like this one
@@BusTVChan I guess this particular Flxible Metro looks weird, it has a different variant than the ones from Marta in Atlanta and NCTD. I always wondered by they called them Flxible Metros you’d think that’s what they would call the articulates being they bend in the middle like an accordion. Good video nonetheless.
It’s not even like the driver is flooring it and it still sounds so cool passing by!

yes, but back in the late 80s to early 90s the Metro Bs were running those lines, by the mid-90s the Metro Ds took over Hilton

Nice and these buses used to be common to 125 42nd PABT to Journal Square & 126 Hoboken to Port Authority via Lincoln Tunnel.

Awesome bus, but i do wonder, why is the left window slanted, wouldnt it just be easier to have flat like the right one?
So the driver can get a better view. Orion V buses had the wrap around window for the same reason.
