True story... When I was young a friend of mine bought tickets to a Pat Benatar concert for him and this girl he wanted to take. She back out at the last moment, so now he's stuck with this extra ticket. He asked me to go, which I meant buying the extra ticket. I didn't want to go; although I'm a huge fan of hers. I reluctantly agree to go. Keep in mind none of this is made up. We getting ready to go to the event. He was driven. We hopped in his car and his car wouldn't start. It decided that night to break down! I was okay with it because I didn't want to go in the first place! Two day's later he asked me for the ticket money. I was like, WTF!!! I'm not giving you any money for a concert ticket, I didn't want to go in the first place; plus your car prevent us from attending. We went back and forth for weeks on this, and it didn't help that we worked at the same company. It was bad, very bad! Another friend of ours approached me and said I was wrong! Once again WTF! He was right, once I agree to go and take the ticket off his hands, it was my ticket! That's all it took was someone sitting down with me and laying it out. No yes, men's, no family members supporting my wrongdoing, just a natural bystander and the truth!
Actually I don't agree I think you were in the right he asked you to go because he had a ticket that was going to go to waste if he didn't ask somebody else to go. if he would have said front do you wanna buy this ticket then yes you would be responsible, But if he just had an extra ticket and called and asked you to go and then his car was the one that broke down preventing both of you from going there is no way I would pay for that ticket, he took advantage of you bc of his bad luck

I went to college with the defendant we were on the same cheer team. We used to be friends when i first went to the college and then had a falling out. Clearly nothing has changed with her. She’s always been very mean & cruel to ppl. Smh. But not here to bash, I’ll pray for her that’s all.
Cheer as in cheerleader? She certainly doesn't look like a cheerleader 😂
@@wioi yes cheerleading! Lmao i still have the pic. But she didn’t even do anything but sit around. She wasn’t cleared to do the actual activity
I borrowed money from my friend and, since I consider her as my sister (almost), I surely do gave it back to her with a nice bottle of wine. That woman was awesome and I feel privileged to have her in my life.
Why did her parents need to approve her going to a concert? She’s in college and grown
She's 23 and her parents said she can't go somewhere without her parents giving her the OK? 😂 Girl grow up, cut that cord and go by yourself.
Her parents know she’s not mentally an adult. They know their child. She clearly has terrible judgment. She trusted this girl and the guy she got fake tickets from. Parents need to teach her to be an adult and stop treating her like a child because she will never grow up. Her whole demeanor screamed teenager. Smh
She's obviously still living at home and the parents take care of her every need. She's not grown.
@@TopherGrant I lived at home to save money in my early 20s while I was in school and working. I paid for all the bills. How does living with parents make her not grown? Plus add culture difference. Many people still live with their parents.
To me it sounds like they babied her far too much and failed at raising her to be an independent adult with some common sense. Infantilizing her as a grown woman
@@87juicyfruit Exactly what I was thinking and even said to the person below. Her parents clearly Infantilized her. She's failing at "adulting" because of them treating her like a child.
She's a young pretty girl going to a notoriously bad neighborhood. Idc if my daughter is 23 or 33, I don't want her to go alone. That's the way a mom thinks tf?
"If the defendant THINKS she can...she has another THINK coming!" Not THING!!
Dang...isn't it funny how many people get this wrong? 🤣
They’re both correct
shout out to that beautiful black lady behind the plaintiff's mom, she's gorgeous...
Never pay for concert tickets for someone else especially for Drake.
Lmao
Lmao right
🤣🤣🤣
THIS IS ALL DRAKES FAULT LOLOL
He is not worth this mess
😂😂😂🤣
2:32 guy on the left is so invested, the way his jaw drops
Dude behind the plantiff is a distraction, so animated 👁👁😂😂😩
“😦🤔😱😧🤔”
Which guy? The one who looks a bit like Jim Carey?
Lord Jesus, these two girls act like they are 14. If I had acted in the way the plaintiff or defendant acted, over something as silly as a concert, my mother would have whooped my behind.
Do you have to use the Lords name like that??
Absolutely they were both immature liars.
teenagers dont act like this, these are women if the plantiff is one biologically
@@jasminemorales5964 The N word is offensive but using the holy name of Jesus as profanity, is widely accepted in this country.
She did it. She totally did it.
The channel sure is churning them out. And I’m here for it. Thanks.
Love making fun of a real ass defendant who shamed herself and hers.
Harvey always asks "would you loan money to a friend?". Yes you can loan money to a friend. The problem is these People's Court deadbeats are not actual friends, they're people waiting for an opportunity to get one over on someone.
I mean, Harvey literally adds nothing of value to the show. Lol I agree with your hotbed statement, though
Sure, you can loan money to a friend if you want to ... BUT make sure there's a contract !!! And make a record of every transactions and payments, etc.
@@AT-jm4dl that really wasn't my point. emphasis on the word friend.
This is clearly old because when was the last time someone was this openly honest about being sick with no mask on.... omg.
You'd be surprised.
@@luxvella1598 hmmmmm, you're right.
This is from like a couple years ago
I was thinking it was old because who would go see Drake nowadays?🤔
They're still doing Virtual cases currently. Nothing in the court room hahaha so yeah definitely older. I always judge based on outfits, hair/makeup LOL
“Eating good in the neighborhood” sounds like the bougie cousin of a “fancy Applebee’s dinner”.
I like Applebees for what it is, but I wouldn’t go on television and call it “fancy”. It’s clear they didn’t get a 2 for $20 either…
😂 😆 😝
She dashed out on paying and then Wow!! Judge called the Defendant trashy. Yikes. "Trashy Dashy" 😅😂
Why is it that lazy people with no moral compass seem to get so angry about people who try to do the right thing, like getting a job, and paying for their own things? In their twisted little minds the fault is never theirs.
Then have the nerve to act like they got done wrong. I wouldn't be even entertaining the idea of going to a concert & etc if I didn't have my own money. I'm embarrassed just thinking about it
“are you talking over me?? bad idea”🤣
A “fancy” Applebee’s dinner. 🤣🤣🤣
They both feel shady
I've been embarrassed in court, but I've never been called trashy by a judge 😂
Why have you been embarrassed in court? And why have you even been to court?
The announcer says as part of the plaintiff’s introduction that *”She even bought her a FANCY APPLEBY’S diner…..”* & as he’s finishing up the intro., I sat thinking to myself:
I love eating there when I’m across the border shopping or to see one of my sons in university in the States ( we’re from Canada 🇨🇦 ) BUT *FANCY & APPLEBY’S* should *NEVER* be in the same sentence like this!!!!! 😂🤣
It was sarcasm..
I busted out laughing with the "fancy Applebee's dinner" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Very cleaver! Naming this episode Worst behavior.. which is indeed a Drake song
You were in the right. He should have told you upfront the price for the tickets.
Ummm you don’t owe him Jack shit you’re crazy if you think you should have paid for a show that you 1. Did not even ask or want to go 2. Did not even go or 3. Never discussed paying for it BEFORE you got in the car smh
You were right. You didn't do anything wrong. However to limit issues I'd pay half the price nothing else
@@krystingrant6292 nah you should keep your money his friend is crazy charge the person who AGREED TO GO THAT THE TICKET WAS FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE don’t try to make a quick buck of someone you guilt tripped into going last min that didn’t even go
Either you have integrity or you don't. Either you have a moral compass or you don't. Either you are a responsible individual or you are not. Either you are a good person or you are not... Sadly, this defendant appears to be deficient in any personal quality that is worthy & worthwhile.
NOT FANCY APPLEBEES DINNER 😂😂😂😂😭😭
"Fancy Applebee's dinner?!?!" What lol? Is there another restaurant named Applebee's that's high end?
A 23 year old needed parents permission to go to a Drake concert? Seriously???
The plaintiff was struggling from minute one to remember all of the moving parts of the cockamamie story that she made up about the clutch and everything else. If the defendant hadn't confessed to owing the money during the trial, the plaintiff would've lost because nothing she was saying was remotely believable. "I wouldn't believe a word you say if your tongue came notarized!" 😆
Why are these 2 litigants leaving out so many details?
Don't think I have heard "fancy" and Applebee's in the same sentence before.
“She might’ve cuz she’s trashy”. I fucking love Judge Marilyn.
Nasty nasty defendant. She definitely vandalized her car too.
“What kind of barn were you raised in”😂😂
Applebee's is fancy? 😆 🤣 😂
That defendant is straight up 🗑
The absolute cheek of the defendant!
And the attitude!!!
Okay, so how many of these cases always have some “dead-beat” who just plain doesn’t like paying their debts stand there & tell a judge “I just feel like I didn’t owe them because….”! Losers look for every reason in the world not to pay someone they owe!! I mean I get it, it’s sucks paying bills, but you have to so you can keep on enjoying things you like or need.
Just fricken pretend they are the cell phone co, power co, gas station, night club, or even your “pot dealer” (if you have one) & happily fork over your $! Lol!!
Why'd the plaintiff look at the gallery like that? lol
She came in like a super villain
The defendant looks like ODB.
Imagine being 23 and having to do what mommy and daddy tell you to do, lol
Imagine being jealous of a girl because her parents care about her well-being just because your own didn't give a f about you. 🤦♀️

I loan money knowing I'm gonna get stiffed. It's a perfect way to get rid of people. Funny watching them dodge you. When they say, I haven't forgotten the money, I always say pay me when you can. You should see how mortified and indignant they become. Yeah😏 thought I was gonna say don't worry about it. Long as you owe you won't be bugging me. 😋
Cut ties with my best friend over a $450 loan...she'd just ignore me asking, even though I said payments would work. Went from talking daily to randomly, then she really thought I suddenly didn't have money to do stuff, cuz she'd say we should grab dinner and I'd say I didn't have money 🤦🏼♀️ because of course I'm not going to go watch her blow money when she owes me so much!! Opened my eyes a lot and I'm happy I wrote her off!
@@mandylynnhoff you did the right thing! And people like her are scum. Exactly blowing money on everything else but "don't have the money" to pay you back. That clearly means it's not a priority to them.. So they are not worth the friendship
Good one 🤣
Judges are so hostile.... In the first case. The plaintiff clearly said she gave her the clutch multiple times.🙄 And the judge over here like.... "HOW DID SHE GET THAT. HOW DID SHE GET THIS??!! WHERE DID SHE GET THIS MONEY." Like damn she told you where 🤣🤣

When the judge read “yaw”🤣😂 tickled my southern funny bone
Based on the defendant's behavior, I'm not too sure she didn't create a Western Union account, and wire herself some money. Also, why would I [pay to] wire my friend money when we see each other regularly? Makes no sense.
Exactly she could have written a check or money order if she needed proof that she gave her the money. Then she left her clutch with her when she went to the restroom sounds strange.
Plantiff is giving SCAMMER VIBES ALREADY
I'd never seen someone so disrespectful even in court
Actually, I never loan money that I can't afford to lose. So, I hope it gets paid back, but I plan for otherwise. Life happens. I taught my kids the same thing. And if I borrow anything, I return ASAP in the same shape or better. But generally, I stay away from borrowing.
The defendant is disgusting
I wanted to see punitive damages for those threats
I thought so as well until I believe the boyfriend damaged the car to get paid..both women are underhanded..
The defendant looks like the type to do this.
Owes ppl money then acts like she's the victim ??

Wow.
