Being a One Night Stand

The plaintiff says the defendant is the father of her baby, and she loaned him money. Now that they’re no longer friends, he’s refusing to pay her back, so she’s suing for reimbursement. The defendant claims he didn’t want to be a father, and says the plaintiff trapped him after a one-night stand. He insists the money was a gift.
