Been searching and searching for procreate dreams beginners tutorials and this is by far the most instructive, concise and watchable one I have found. Thank you so much!!!
Merci! c'est super ce cours, car vous nous apprenez les choses avec des exemples simples. C'est beaucoup plus facile d'apprendre, quand le cerveau n'est pas trop surchargé.
thanks. best tut so far! I been wondering about them fps' and what that was all about. I also have been trying to figure out how to make movement that is correct looking. great vid!
I've asked 4 different vloggers doing Procreate Dreams demos... and I asked Procreate. Still haven't got an answer. I mean... you can go into "draw" mode by hitting the squiggle icon once you are in an "empty" project. Why have a separate project type called "draw"? I'm guessing there must be a reason, or they wouldn't have put a separate project type icon at the start, but I have yet to figure out what the difference is between a an empty project that you click the draw icon and a draw project. Only benefit I see is that it saves you one click.
Online Handbook, topic for creating New Movie - Tap Draw to open the Timeline in Draw & Paint mode. - Or tap “EMPTY” to open on an empty Timeline. 13:40 Demo opened as “ Empty” drags down for full screen canvas focus. 26:32 shows onionskin option He left drawing mode to show timeline. Then back to drawing to color each. Etc
@@dplj4428 but you can do all of that in "empty" mode by just selecting the draw/paint tool. Just the same. So, why have a dedicated "draw" project mode?
Ian @PurpleMindStudios Lori’s sister by choice and thank you for making this video. So helpful and the pace is perfect for my learning level. Love yiur word make ups. They are fun. Lori is gonna smile😊 big cause you chose purple as the water drop color! Again thx for the awesome instructions here. Gonna refer many to your site!
Cons with procreate dreams I’ve noticed… 1. You cannot warp or distort if your object has more than one layer. 2. No lasso to be found. 3. No vector brushes in sight. My go to is still ToonSquid. But, I will gladly jump to procreate dreams once the minor things are fixed.
this was fun, but is there any way to stabilize lines in procreate? I want to go for a tight, angular look. But frankly, my hand just isn't stable. I flick all over the place. So i'd like to have some way to ensure my first and succeeding frames look exactly the same for clean frame by frame animation
You can’t edit the brushes in procreate dreams, however you can import your procreate brushes into Dreams. Definitely hoping they update this in the future haha.

But.. What do we choose at the beginning?
Draw OR Empty??
And What is the difference between them🤔🥀
Is there a difference?
That’s what I want to know too.

Yes, Technically, just import a procreate brush with the stability level you want on it, hopefully they get a better way to do it in app eventually
@@opsyareyoukiddingmeThanks for the headsup. That suck a bit for me since i only own procreate dreams and not the regular app
The app is freezing and lagging
Same with me, wheneve I draw it doesn't show properly
draw in procretae then animate in procreate dreams, that's what I tried to do
Does the app have stabilization for the pen
