Hey RODE! - I will be one of the first in line for this. I bought two rodecaster and over four years you have updated your firmware to add FREE new features and improvements. I’m a customer for life. I wish you guys made cameras! Thanks for the years!
İnstead of making camera, they should implement at least 2x hdmi switcher with an output. Also you can direct video output through usbc to computer as a virtual webcam. Its like putting simplified version of blackmagic design atem mini into rodecaster. Hope to see this in version 3
I used the original RodeCaster Pro to record lectures for my flip course in a University setting. I am now upgrading to the Pro II and have since upgraded my lecture content to a more professional level. Students watch my lectures online before coming to class so I can spend lecture class time as more interactive with students.
I have been using the Rodecaster Pro for the last 3 years (I have purchased two Rodecasters in the past) and have been using it for podcasting and recording radio shows. This equipment is amazing and has been my go to for everything audio related. In addition to show recording, we have used the Rodecaster during our conferences and meetings as the main audio console to mix presentations and audio music during our events. Today I placed my pre-order for the Rodecaster Pro 2 and I am anxiously waiting to start using the new integrated audio production. Rode has been my go-to brand for everything audio related.
Watched Tom Buck's live stream and immediately pre-ordered. Didn't even think about it. After using this original for six months I knew I would immediately buy a second version if it came out. Rode, that is truly the highest compliment to you. All the work and energy your team went into updating the original along with your support and simply making a fantastic product has hopefully paid off for you, too!
This thing is amazing and 2 USB’s to connect two computers. I cannot think of any audio interfaces that offers that feature. There is a market for that feature alone.
Hi RØDE! The Rodecaster II Pro(RC2P) looks amazing. I noticed in the specs the RC2P tops out at 48 KHz sampling… Obviously this is awesome but my question is why stop there? For original content creation I want as much as I can get. Presently I have a Focusrite 4i4 which I believe can sample up to 192KHz. I’m excited to get a RC2P soon as I can save up. Thanks in advance! ~e 🍻
I love the way it looks, but so far no body showed a example multi track recording and recording edit. I would love to use this for music recording to my iPad.
I like it! I hope it will allow you to select the number of tracks you can record on SD/Hard drive, so if I was only recording 3 tracks that's all it saves to file. Already ordered one, love the first version.
Just pre-ordered this for your store on Sunday. The original Rodecaster was a mind blowing device that really helped us step up our game on the audio side of our podcast. I am beyond excited to get the shipping notification for the II!
I think what would take this over the top even if it was more expensive is if you can customize the pads with icons even if you can only show low res text because in that way you can know what each pad does instead of having to remember.
My request in the next firmware update is to enable us to plug in "ON AIR" light so that when ever any mic is live the "ON AIR" light will equally indicate.
I am still missing what the network connection is doing other than getting updates. Is there an AoIP setting in it, can you control other devices with it over ip. Can you download or upload files to or from the Pro 2. Even though you can use a speaker over bluetooth, you can't use it simultaneous with a mobile phone so you need to hook it up through usb. Then the speaker over bluetooth introduces latency. So all the features are very nice, it needs a little more thinking through. I was asking for a double line output, one for the speakers and one to any device needed the pgm line output. The line input was nice but putting it on the microphone, makes you loose 1 or 2 microphones. Better was a double TRS line input for left and right channel. If space was the issue, a cinch was also useful. And the full size SD card, more stable and user friendly. The micro sd cards can be jammed in the slot damaging it. So it's nice to see all new technology as in software but you need to have an audio engineer to produce a useful mixer. Also a lot more podcasters want to use the mixer as a radio mixer, including the red light signaling.
As of right now, the network connection is just for updates. However, Rode has been known to expand functionality for their products, so who knows what they have planned for it. Regarding files, yes you can upload files to the Pro II and download files from it.
Radio producer here. You could do led on air signal by midi control, so that a mic rised actually sends a midi command to the pc which powers a usb-connected led. That’s a bit diyish, but RØDE focusses on other content creators than radio stations. For the ethernet port, it seems they will add something there so you can connect and sync multiple RCPs together to get more I/O. It’s not clear and official, but they suggested it was “Maybe. In a future update 😏”
So for the iPhone you’re saying I could stream with the iPhone for video say to Facebook and do all my audio etc with the board at the same time. No need for a PC? Yea, I was waiting for this. WOW … game changer if I’m understanding this properly.
Yes! You can do that with an iPhone as long as you have a compatible Lightning accessory cable like the RODE SC19 www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1625671-REG/rode_sc19_lightning_accessory_cable_59.html
Hey :) thanks for the video! We wanted to use it in the live stream with speakers, but just can't get rid of the feedback from the mics. (Rode mics) Also, you can hear our voice in the speakers, which we don't want. Do you have a suggestion for a solution? Is there a setting that we are overlooking? We had a Behringer mixer before, there were no problems. Thank you and best regards
Looks like a cool update. Wonder if you can disable unused tracks in multitrack recordings like you can with the SoundDevices Mix Pre recorders so unused tracks don't record huge empty audio files.
I love my Rodecaster pro but even with all of the features of the Rodecaster pro 2 I still can’t justify upgrading because the only feature I wanted was more XLR inputs.
Can you please request that they add a Parametric Equalizer? Then we could fix nasty sounds or frequency issues when mixing live sound. That'd make this a legit mixer imho
I'd love to see the maximum monitor output increased. What is currently the maximum is way lower than the output volume of most other devices. This is annoying when you use an audio switch to switch between sources to a set of speakers. It probably needs to be increased by about 60%. Currently WAY too low. Anybody else agree?
Can you use this to control Cubase or Premiere Pro/Divinchi Resolve? I was looking for something like this to be able to manually control my daw/editors as well as for recording vocals - are the preamps for this good for vocal/recording for music? (sorry for multiple questions.. lol) Really interested in this -
The Rode RODECaster Pro II will work as a high-quality USB audio interface to stream/record to a computer with ultrafast data transfer. It can be used and interfaced with DAW software such as Pro Tools, Cubase and others. It is purpose-built to compete with pricey, boutique microphone preamplifiers. The RODE Revolution preamps deliver transparency and detail with ultralow noise (just -131.5 dBV) and incredible gain up to 76 dB, which enables ideal recording levels, even for low-output dynamic mics-no mic boosters, lifters, or normalization needed. >Mark
Two things: 1) B&H guy look's so unimpressed. In my opinion, the B&H guy has no understanding how good Rode's 2nd version of the Rodecaster is. Rode guy is great, feel bad that that's who B&H sent to interview/demo. 2) 1st Rodecaster is still great, but I did pre-order this one. Pumped!
this sound so damn good but I would really like to see Rode Send a musician one of these for a beta review to see how well it does with recording music internally and via PC. I have a Tascam DP-24SD and I thought it was a great idea at the time but it's so complicated to use and you have to "pretend" to be recording a track in order to pre hear audio going Into it, it's not like a mixer at all and I've been annoyed with it wver since I got it. I also got a Roland SP404MKII and I found that very enjoyable for creating beats. but I would love something like this but for making music as a priority.
Very Good piece however I made a suggestion and I guess they didn't listen. The sounds recorded to the device should be able to be saved to the micro SD instead of being limited to the internal memory. I run out of internal memory very quickly
Excuse me, the guy on the left made me laugh... every time he came into the picture. Very funny, although it probably wasn't intended that way and that made it really funny. I think I will buy the device.
I’m wondering about latency when monitoring in a DAW And outputting that into some kind of a teams zoom or stream. Because if I’m playing my guitar through in affects unit in the door I want to be able to play without losing my mind trying to keep time
Assuming that you’ll be running the RODECaster Pro II via USB to your DAW, the latency from it will be imperceptible. However, noticeable latency can be introduced after the RODECaster if your computer is set to a large buffer size (e.g. 1024 samples produces more latency than 64 samples), if you’re using certain real-time plug-ins in your DAW (noise reduction plug-ins and mastering plug-ins often produce significant latency), or if you’re doing complex routing in the DAW.
Question I use Restream on my laptop to do my live shows and usually have guests from diferente places with the road caster will i have the ability to hear the guests and them to hear me?
Yes, the RODECaster Pro II can accept the feed from your laptop on its USB channel, so you can hear your guests. The automatic mix-minus function will let your guests hear you, without them hearing an echo of themselves.
The customise feature: Is there a way to save the inputted feature so others for a small town radio station can put in a SD card and have their own settings in place without having to input them again? It would be a good feature to have if not having it already.
The “Manage Shows” feature allows ALL settings to be saved and recalled, and there is an export option, which strongly implies that settings can be saved to the internal memory or microSD card.
I want to open a live broadcast with iPhone on my own site, I read that I need an extra cable. So when I buy, I can use it directly with the iPhone with the contents of the box for live broadcast ??

NICE! Can i plug and play ssd w song track also record vocals and track over to the internal sd as the finish recording same time if makes sense? Can this replace my Zoom v3?Will this do harmony and autotune???Thank You
The Rode RODECaster Pro II does not feature auto-tune or harmony. It will record vocals to the SD memory card. It does offer Pitch Shifter. This effect adjusts the pitch of the incoming signal by a set amount. It is calibrated in semitones, meaning it can be used for musical effects. >Mark
I use a MicroSD Card and an external USB SSD Drive- Is there a way to choose which drive I wish to save to, or does it record to MicroSD by default? Also copy from MicroSD to external HD?
Hello I would like to mention that I am one of your fans and I am always happy with your tutorials but I would like to ask you if it’s possible to connect the mobile and laptop on the new Rode podcast pro 2? Especially that I am using clubhouse, Thank you and waiting for your reply
can this be your pc's entire sound card? i use a focusrite solo usb for my sound card...will this take over the role of that as well as my pc's sound card for everything? can i eliminate the focusrite solo with this?
The RØDECaster Pro II can function as your USB audio/computer interface, just like the Focusrite Solo does, essentially bypassing your computer's internal sound card. >Mark
This should work as long as you customize the ATEM Mini Extreme to accept the RODECaster Pro II’s pre-configured MIDI commands (the RODECaster Pro II’s can output MIDI data, but you have to map the receiving device) . If the ATEM’s macros can be triggered via hotkeys, you can also use MIDI Key2Key to map the RODECaster’s MIDI signals to keyboard shortcuts. cdn1.rode.com/rodecasterpro/v2.1.2_beta/MIDI+Walkthroughs/Using+MIDI+on+the+RCP+to+control+OBS-PC.pdf
Yes, the two ¼” monitor outputs can be used as line outs. By default, their level is adjustable, but you can enable “Fixed Output Level” in the RODECaster’s Settings > Outputs > Monitor.
This should work as long as you customize the ATEM mini pro to accept the RODECaster Pro II’s pre-configured MIDI commands. If the ATEM’s macros can be triggered via hotkeys, you can also use MIDI Key2Key to map the RODECaster’s MIDI signals to keyboard shortcuts.
Yes, that mic and that DAW are great. However, common places where quality can be compromised include your room, mic placement, audio interface, and gain settings.
Hello rode so i have been just trying so hard to buy the pro but damn i just am failing to do it… can i have one just as a gift to actually kick start my dream of setting up a small podcast studio. This is just amazing to be honest, i love it.
That sound you heard as the video ended? That was the sound of my mind being blown. Maybe the next generation should have HDMI inputs and outputs for video switching and mixing. 😉
@@clemradio You might not have paid close enough attention to the video. That is more than an audio mixer; the pads trigger software like the Elgato Stream Deck does.
Is there a way i can connect external monitor (mirroring the display) with the rode caster pro in a big display using usb c to HDMI , i hope you can add this in a future firmware update. i wish it has a hdmi as well ☺️
Hello I bought RØDECaster Pro II today and the problem that i am facing is that i have Mac os high sierra and i can't upgrade it because i am using Pro tools 11 which wont work if i updated my OSX and Rode central doesn't work if the operating system is less than Mojave so what shall i do to assign the pads? I have "Zoom Podtrak p4"and it was so easy to assign it by copying the files on the memory card and then to assign it from inside and thats it..so i hope that you can help me with this problem, Thank you
@@BandH thank you for your reply, since I will use the podcaster pro 2 in podcasting so is it possible to connect the DBX286s to it since I have it already?
I see you can route computer audio to USB1 and USB Chat, but can you add other virtual channels to the USB1 source. So for example Discord on fader 1, spotify on fader 2, game audio on fader 3, web browser audio on fader 4 etc. If that's possible I buying one. I'm sick of using Asio link pro
If you’re streaming via USB, it can be used for as long as it stays powered on. If you’re recording to microSD or USB media, it depends on available storage space.
How many cell phones can be connected to this unit. If you connect two mobile phones to the USB ports how would you connect to your computer. It has to be connected to a computer for online radio station
Has anyone figured out this yet- The RCP2 is getting to the point where I’m having to unplug to turn it off- not Turing off after I press the off button. not sure what's happening, but I'm sure its a software glitch- if you have a solution, please share. I welcome your advice.
Are you abo0ut to assign Discord Chat, Computer system audio, spotify music audio all from the same PC to the different faders on the RodeCaster Pro like you can do with the GOXLR?
Since the Rodecaster Pro II does not have a dedicated 3.5mm input, you would need to use a 3.5mm to XLR or ¼” Y breakout cable, and connect that to one of its 4 analog inputs.
I would love to see them come out with the podcaster 16 channel and 24 channel maybe even a 32 channel why? Because, we use it for big churches concerts and big events especially Big Time concerts. That would be sweet I'd give me one of those too. Even for orchestra too.
Not being able to assign things like game audio and discord audio to the sliders is a huge miss. This is not a good buy for gamers or streamers frankly. Maybe they can add some of these features later.
It is possible. You can get an XLR-equipped lavalier microphone and connect it directly to the RCP II. Or, Rode makes the VXLR PRO adapter, which would allow you to connect a 3.5mm jack-equipped lavalier to the RCP II (it also converts phantom power from the RCP II to plug-in power for a lav).
My Tascam DR-100MKII (from 11 years ago) has better specs than the RODEcaster PRO II. Namely, the Tascam's ability to record 24-bit 96k .WAV files (vs. RODE's 24-bit 48k) ...and my Tascam also has a S/PDIF digital input, too! I paid only $250 to B&H for my DR-100MKII back in the day. Looks like Sound Devices MixPre 6 II FTW + an iPad running a 'soundboard' app.
@@Official_Gprosperous - Tnx, but it's not in the running for me. I've pretty much determined I wont be happy with anything less than a Sound Devices MixPre 6 II unit - they had me at 32-bit float in BOTH 'standalone' & 'audio interface' modes. Focusrite is about to unveil something very soon, too. Unfortunately, Adam Curry (aka 'The Podfather' for the uninitiated) turned down Focusrite's attempt to be somewhat open & discuss with him a unit they were working on. The reason? Adam was able to determine (without signing a NDA) that the unit was primarily built with streamers/gamers in mind with the podcaster as an after thought. (I'm paraphrasing here.) Companies will keep 'getting it wrong' when it comes to making products for podcasters until they talk to guys like Bryan Seeley (of BSWUSA) and Adam Curry! C'est la vie. (SMH) Curry has also dismissed the Tascam MIXCAST 4 - perhaps it can redeem itself someday with a firmware update.
The RØDECaster Pro II, 9-channel mixer features 6 channels with full-size broadcast-quality physical faders and three virtual channels, with the option to expand via digital hosting and hardware integrations with future updates. Physical faders and virtual channels are freely assignable to the four analog inputs, USB and Bluetooth interfaces, and SMART pads. >Mark
OKAY MATES, BRAINFLASH ---- BUILD THIS NEXT - THE RODE V-CASTER AND V-CASTER PRO The V-Caster - A RodeCaster Pro 2 with full Video Switching like an ATEM but it needs to accommodate 4 USB webcams. The V-Caster Pro ... includes USB and HDMI video input for 4 channels and .... Streams directly from the Ethernet or by WiFi 6 to any and all streaming platforms directly. No Host Computer is needed. I have a Revelator io24 right now and my NT2-A. Please consider one of these with only 2 combo inputs for less and capture the marker for those of us that only need 2 inputs as well ... Presonus tries but is problematic at times. God Bless their hearts.
Connecting Microphones: To start, plug your microphone into input 1 on the back of the unit using a standard 3-pin XLR cable. You can use any XLR microphone with the RØDECaster Pro II, including condenser microphones that require phantom power (note: USB microphones cannot be used with the RØDECaster Pro II). By default, inputs 1-4 will be allocated to faders 1-4 on the mixer. Ensuring that fader 1 is all the way down, also plug a pair of headphones into headphone channel 1 so you will be able to monitor your audio. >Mark

Q: Is it possible to put ducking on, so constand, withoud useing the smartpads?
I want to open a live broadcast with iPhone on my own site, I read that I need an extra cable. So when I buy, I can use it directly with the iPhone with the contents of the box for live broadcast ??

I'm skeptical of any RODE audio after getting a RODE shotgun mic that hissed and was unusable, RODE told me to turn my wifi off everytime I use it smh!
>Mark
Can you program a Harmony effect on the smart pad?
I use a MicroSD Card and an external USB SSD Drive- Is there a way to choose which drive I wish to save to, or does it record to MicroSD by default? Also copy from MicroSD to external HD?
MicroSD is the default. >Mark
Hello I would like to mention that I am one of your fans and I am always happy with your tutorials but I would like to ask you if it’s possible to connect the mobile and laptop on the new Rode podcast pro 2? Especially that I am using clubhouse, Thank you and waiting for your reply
Yes. Both devices could be connected to the RØDE RØDECaster Pro II Integrated Audio Production Studio . >Mark
@@BandH thank you so much for your reply and I wish you all the best 👍
Is it built as well as the original MK1? A lot of reviews I've read said it's plastic.
Could i set things like In game CS Go voice coms and in game CS Go sound effects to a fader?
Can you loop a sample with no gaps
can this be your pc's entire sound card? i use a focusrite solo usb for my sound card...will this take over the role of that as well as my pc's sound card for everything? can i eliminate the focusrite solo with this?
The RØDECaster Pro II can function as your USB audio/computer interface, just like the Focusrite Solo does, essentially bypassing your computer's internal sound card. >Mark
how can you connect the Astros A50 Gen 5 ???
It would be handy if the phone out-put could be change to a line-out,, and dante would come in the cpr2, special for broadcast
It looks nice but it only have one phone feature. The old one 2 cell phones can be connected but this new rodecaster only one phone can be connected
Wow! Is there a way to control an ATEM Mini Extreme e.g. via MIDI from RØDECaster Pro II? Thanks.
This should work as long as you customize the ATEM Mini Extreme to accept the RODECaster Pro II’s pre-configured MIDI commands (the RODECaster Pro II’s can output MIDI data, but you have to map the receiving device) . If the ATEM’s macros can be triggered via hotkeys, you can also use MIDI Key2Key to map the RODECaster’s MIDI signals to keyboard shortcuts. cdn1.rode.com/rodecasterpro/v2.1.2_beta/MIDI+Walkthroughs/Using+MIDI+on+the+RCP+to+control+OBS-PC.pdf
is there a USB output delay option so we can sync with an hdmi camera?
There is. Mentioned by Tom Buck on his stream about the machine.
There is an adjustable output delay on the RCP II.
I haven’t been this excited about the release of a piece of gear since standing in line at the Beverly Center for the 1st Apple iPhone. Seriously.
Awesome stuff. Does it have line out audio to feed external audio equipment?
Yes, the two ¼” monitor outputs can be used as line outs. By default, their level is adjustable, but you can enable “Fixed Output Level” in the RODECaster’s Settings > Outputs > Monitor.
Can you use the pads to trigger macros on a blackmagic ATEM mini pro instead of controlling OBS? That would be AMAZING

do you think I can use my Golden Age GA-8000 in my DAW Cubase without any problems? without losing quality? i make music and streaming.
@Sales Leadership 🙂 I've got one. It doesn't do 90% of what this does. 😉
@@zurvey that’s an audio mixer. Please don’t make it a controller
@@clemradio You might not have paid close enough attention to the video. That is more than an audio mixer; the pads trigger software like the Elgato Stream Deck does.
@@zurvey they do midi actions that’s it. There’s no video part in that.
Designed and made in Australia. A country bigger than the lower 48 with a population less than New York State. Not bad, ehh?
Is there a way i can connect external monitor (mirroring the display) with the rode caster pro in a big display using usb c to HDMI , i hope you can add this in a future firmware update.
i wish it has a hdmi as well ☺️
Unfortunately not.
Hi can the rode caster pro 2 be plugged in directly to Handphone for fb live streaming ?
No, what's recommended is that you use one of the 2 x USB Type-C ports to output the audio for live streaming to Facebook.
I have "Zoom Podtrak p4"and it was so easy to assign it by copying the files on the memory card and then to assign it from inside and thats it..so i hope that you can help me with this problem, Thank you
It might be time to update to Pro Tools 12. Please update your Mac OS for the best and easiest experience with the RØDECaster Pro II. >Mark
Rode’s newly released Q&A video indicates that it is possible (ruclips.net/video/dBxaDnBQHIk/видео.html).
Can. Rodecaster pro 2 be used 24 hours as broadcast or just occasional stream
If you’re streaming via USB, it can be used for as long as it stays powered on. If you’re recording to microSD or USB media, it depends on available storage space.
@@BandH theoretically yes, but I think he refers to heating and all
How many cell phones can be connected to this unit. If you connect two mobile phones to the USB ports how would you connect to your computer. It has to be connected to a computer for online radio station
You can hook up three cell phones (one via Bluetooth and two via USB-C).
How would you connect to the computer if you connect both USB to your mobile phones
Has anyone figured out this yet- The RCP2 is getting to the point where I’m having to unplug to turn it off- not Turing off after I press the off button. not sure what's happening, but I'm sure its a software glitch- if you have a solution, please share. I welcome your advice.

Are you abo0ut to assign Discord Chat, Computer system audio, spotify music audio all from the same PC to the different faders on the RodeCaster Pro like you can do with the GOXLR?
i want to k now this too!, i am so buying rødecaster pro II if so, also want to use it with my guitar on stream.
Rode’s newly released Q&A video indicates that it is possible (ruclips.net/video/dBxaDnBQHIk/видео.html).
Is there an option to run a 3.5 mm cable from my camera into to the Rodecaster pro 2?
Since the Rodecaster Pro II does not have a dedicated 3.5mm input, you would need to use a 3.5mm to XLR or ¼” Y breakout cable, and connect that to one of its 4 analog inputs.
Damn, now I need to justify buying this to my wife😁🤦🏾
Same, perhaps an accident with a soda on my old one
I have four studio monitors 2 tops and and 2 below can I ran both of them on this new rode caster pro 2.Also have 2 pcs
Ok great
I would love to see them come out with the podcaster 16 channel and 24 channel maybe even a 32 channel why? Because, we use it for big churches concerts and big events especially Big Time concerts. That would be sweet I'd give me one of those too. Even for orchestra too.
No I just hope we’ll be able to connect multiple RCP together
No headphone jack in the front for the producer/engineer
i wish to have a Mini RØDECaster Pro... plssssss.....
Not being able to assign things like game audio and discord audio to the sliders is a huge miss. This is not a good buy for gamers or streamers frankly. Maybe they can add some of these features later.
Sir my question is dose it work with android phone like Samsung Glaxy note 10 via Bluetooth and USB c ?
Or it only works with ios?
Yes, it works with Android phones, too.
@@BandH work both ways via USB c and blutooth?
A clear winnner
How about the ethernet port on the rear, whats for?
At this time, Ethernet is one of the ways it can do firmware updates.
Will there ever be another firmware update for the original rodecaster?
Noew.
Can this controll Wirecast like it does OBS?
The RODE RODECaster Pro II works with Wirecast just as it would with OBS and other live streaming platforms. >Mark
Anyone know if there's a a mic option for a XLR lavalier as I prefer them for my live streams.
I didn’t see the sd card ?? Do we need to get a adapter??
The microSD slot is on the rear of the unit. The RODECaster Pro II uses microSDHC/microSDXC cards rather than the larger SD card size.
What powerbank can I use for the rodecaster pro ?
According to Rode’s specs, it can be powered via powerbanks with 30W USB-C PD.
Awesome & Thanks :)
Check out Tascam Mixcast 4.
Buying RODE caster PRO II is fully optional
Is AirPlay2 as an output supported?
Not at this time, but it supports Bluetooth for wireless input or output streaming.
How many virtual channels does it have?
The RØDECaster Pro II, 9-channel mixer features 6 channels with full-size broadcast-quality physical faders and three virtual channels, with the option to expand via digital hosting and hardware integrations with future updates.
Physical faders and virtual channels are freely assignable to the four analog inputs, USB and Bluetooth interfaces, and SMART pads. >Mark
@@BandH are you able to split game audio like the GoXLR???
Add video and you'll really have something!
I thought new version will come with USB mic input *really disappointed* 😔
THere is talk that the 2 USB inputs will be able to have USB mic connection in a firmware update
This will be the case with Rode USB microphones in a future firmware update.
awesome!!
Rode, make an update for jam sync timecode. I don’t know how on earth you guys could ignore that?
Calm down dude. Nobody knows what you’re talking about. RØDE doesn’t release new updates just for one guy.
@@clemradio maybe I can help get enough people on the train 🤷🏻♂️ it’s 2022, we shouldn’t have to clap to line up video and audio.
@@ThisIsLeeBird ah, you’re talking about live audio syncing. Yes! They added that.
@@clemradio no. Not the delayed frames ordeal. It needs the ability to jam sync timecode like the zoom podtrak P8.

THE RODE V-CASTER AND V-CASTER PRO
The V-Caster - A RodeCaster Pro 2 with full Video Switching like an ATEM but it needs to accommodate 4 USB webcams.
Impressive.
Great product RODE! B&H host, please stop looking into the camera all the time, look at Ryan when he is talking.
I think he was shy
But will it work with USB mics?
Connecting Microphones:
To start, plug your microphone into input 1 on the back of the unit using a standard 3-pin XLR cable. >Mark
