I am an Indian passport holder , From Dubai, I arrive in Beijing with single entry tourist visa & get visa for North Korea from Beijing with a travel agent then go north korea in Air Koryo flight. While I am back from north Korea the flight arrives at Terminal 2 of Beijing Airport but my transit connection flight to Dubai back on Terminal 3 of Beijing Airport same day evening. Do I need visa to change between terminals, from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 of Beijing Airport ??

If I flew HK - Chinese Mainland - Macao (on a joint ticket)
and then a few days later, Macao - Chinese Mainland - Third Country (on a separate joint ticket)

Thank you for the video good info. I am traveling to China in April and want to use the 144 hour visa free to stay in chengdu. However do you need to have a connecting flight with the same airline or can it be a separate flight out. I always book one way for my legs. I plan one way ticket into Chengdu and then flight out would be one way on another airline to Seoul. Is that allowed? Thank you in advance! Donna
hmmm, this is a grey area as it would technically not be considered a transit. Has anyone else here had this experience?

@@Dan-yb9wnI traveled from US doing 3 weeks in Vietnam. From Da Nang I booked a flight from DAD to HAN to guanzhoug to Chengdu then leaving out of Chengdu to Shanghai to Singapore. This was booked through Eastern China airlines and then last minute they canceled my flights. I decided not to scramble when I was in Hanoi and went to Seoul instead. It’s very complicated to fly into and out of China on this 166 visa free entry and I didn’t and couldn’t get the 140.00 visa to enter since they wanted me to go to SF consulate for an interview. It used to be easy to go to China but since Covid they have gotten strict. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Even you have a US VISA, the US border control can still deny your entry to the US. If you had ever been to IRAQ in 2003. I think the US VISA is a big joke!!!

I went from Honolulu on Japan airlines, it overnighted in japan and on to Shanghai, my cruise would leave the next day, and 5 days I would leave from Shanghai back to USA, Japan airlines said this was an invalid itinerary since the cruise left shanghai back to japan and returning to Shanghai, not sure what I did wrong but week of vacation and cruise was missed, any answers?
So if I am interpreting your comment correctly, you flew from Japan to Shanghai. Now the tricky part is, the trip plan of your cruise ship. If the very next country your cruise ship stops at (after leaving China) is in Japan, then it does make sense why you were denied boarding in Japan. In theory, you are entering China from Japan by air, and then a cruise that goes back to Japan from China (then onward to USA)
If your cruise ships next country was not Japan, and it goes to another country that isnt Japan, or China, then you should not have had a reason to be denied boarding.
