Hi guys just upgraded the system and it’s sound must better than the stocks and with full clarity what I wanna be for my car Tesla model y performance thanks for the video and helping to install it . But I made a mistake installing the front speaker I accidentally put the center speakers to the left door and left to center one . Does it effect any sound clarity . It’s really difficult to remove and take it out for me . Any suggestions I really appreciate it thank you .
@@orellaacoustics I am waiting for it to pull the trigger. I want to replace them all at once. How do you compare to light harmonic speakers? Just asking because those are the only upgrade speakers I have heard.
@@diorys031 I do not have a time table on the door speaker to be honest. We are running some test in our car and will go from there. Once we give the ok, it will still take 4-6 months to get through all manufacturing and shipping to us. Now in comparison to them, our drivers are much more robust we use a more detailed tweeter. Also we add two tweeters to the rear doors with out speakers as a coaxial for better high frequency reproduction as well as our center channel for the cars who no longer have the offset tweeter.
Thank you for your reply. I am in no rush as I am looking to upgrade all the speakers together with the sub woofer. I will await those door speakers but I may purchase your other speakers in the meantime. Again thank you.
With our speaker upgrade we are getting speakers that are producing a greater detail of sound. You get a better mid ranger performance and high freq performance.
Hi Jeremy, we looked at all the speakers when choosing what to replace and started with the speakers that we felt would be most beneficial with an upgrade. As time goes on, we will be addressing the doors to be able to complete the full upgrade.
Will this set give noticeable improvements in sound staging and overall detail? Moreover, why should I choose this kit over the G2 Light Harmonic 11 speaker set? (Don’t mean that in bad way!)
Hi Joseph and thank you for your question. Our kit will give a much better reproduction of the high frequency response as well as a better mid range response. The OEM tweeter falls off very quickly at the 11-12k freq and ours will extend that range by 5-6k before falling off. Also the midrange is much less harsh in the 2-5k range. Depending on the year as well with our center having a coax driver, you will get much more info from that speaker as well. In the competitors kit, if you don't have a tweeter factory in the center they wont provide a replacement with one. Also we use a coaxial in the rear doors as well adding a much better high frequency response in the rear. We also use a much more robust driver and neo magnet structure then our competitors. We have a couple of people replace their current kits with ours and have been much happier. They have also done our woofer upgrade as well which we do an amp upgrade for that as well.
Really incredible writeup on the installation. Thanks for making this easy to follow guide!!
You are very welcome

Anybody know what screws those are?
Looks simple enough.
Thank you, that was one of our objectives in the design.
Are you working on or already have a replacement front door speaker for the Tesla Model Y?
Hi, we are currently working on one.

What type of sound difference do you get out of this kit?

Why didn’t you do the front bottom door speakers?
