Here’s another one. The he dog theory was never a theory. It was a media spin brought by the defence at the start but come trial time it’s taken off the table. Why is that ? Maybe because they knew it was not or could not have been any type of animal. DNA proved that. It’s a bluff. The defence are bluffing and So is killer Karen.
@@stevenprice6957The autopsy photos clearly show injuries consistent with a dog attack. The Albert's German Shepard, Chloe, had a history of attacking people.
Because it bit and injured two older ladies a short time before they rehomed it. Don’t think too much into it, it means nothing. Those marks on John’s arm were not caused by an animal, unless it was a pack of hawks or other bird of prey with sharp talons. Think about it, look at the injuries in the photos, do they look like dog bites?? No, they don’t. Do dogs have sharp claws like cats or birds of prey that would cause injuries like that? No.Would those injuries be consistent with being ran over by anSUV and tore up by a multitude of things on the undercarriage of a 3 ton SUV? Yes! Karen Read is guilty. The wittinesses are guilty of a biased, shady, incompetent investigation,and possibly lying or exaggerating the truth on the witness stand. That doesn’t mean that Karen Read is innocent? Enough for a hung jury? Perhaps, but not likely. I predict she is convicted and gets 25-30 years in prison to think about what she did and the claims her and her lawyers made afterwards. Maybe she can write a book and with the proceeds pay the victim’s family and those she accused of a massive conspiracy.

The woman sitting behind Peggy O'Keefe in court is John's ex-girlfriend Marybeth Frisoli. In 2010 she was found guilty after driving drunk going the wrong way on a highway bridge in Quincy, crashing into a motorcyclist and costing him a leg. The victim forgave and hugged her in court, and she did just 6 months in jail. Now she sits in court casting judgement on Karen Read, who has never hit anyone while driving drunk.
I find it to be odd and disturbing that someone wouldn’t know on their siblings private property there is a dead body laying in The snow. How couldn’t He possibly know while partying inside that a murder scene went on in The house?.

Not sure if it's an actual conspiracy, but the prosecution seems almost vindictive and definitely closed-minded in its charging of Read. The judge's bias on behalf of the prosecution is clear, too.

Agreed. However, when people say conspiracy, they usually think about huge, intricate plans. All it takes is a group of people at an accident that decide to cover it up to avoid getting into trouble. Maybe they didn't even plan on implicating Karen. After that, all it would take is 1 person planting evidence, and a brotherhood of cops believing and supporting their fellow officers.

If I host a party and I know some guest are drunk and knowing an almost blizzard conditions. As gatherings I had I’ll make sure everyone is safe and if I’ve take the keys away from them and you keep the people in your house . I know what is going inside and outside my property if his car still there you confirm if he left together with Karen or not by making a simple phone call and check on it knowing how risky is to drive. You have someone on the ground in front of your house and injured and didn’t check. You know exposure to the weather hypothermia will kick in right away. Any surveillance in his house. This case to me Karen and the people in the gathering know more than what they are saying due to liability and possibly charges. I think there should be more people at a defendant’s chair on his death not just her.
The defense team is doing a phenomenal job. And it’s actually helping the defense when the prosecution objects. When they object it gives the jury time to think about what they are hearing. Even if the judge sustains the question, it’s already had time to sink into the jury’s heads.

The lawn photo was clearly a joke and did not lead to murder. The kid crossed his lawn when he was 9 y.o. I doubt this kid has been harboring animus towards John and plotted and carried out a murder years later.
He said he and John never exchanged personal info like phone numbers. So how did he text him?
Every single cop uses mouth to express himself. Purse lips, suck in lips, scrunch up lips - and the list goes on. I can't think the last time I saw even one of my friends or family do what these guys do continuously. It might be a habit of stalling for time while trying to construct a way to avoid speaking truth. If you go back through their testimony, it us really apparent.
