To anyone saying that ally should be on the list: the allegations started before battle of bc3 (his first good ultimate result), he lied and denied them. We now know that if he came out at that time he would’ve been banned from all tournaments but because he lied he was able to attend tournaments, make tens of thousands of dollars and make PGR status. He cheated the system, he should not be here.
Tweek mains a different character every tournament and MkLeo basically was given Boss music showing that he is proven to be a real threat in the competitive community.

I do not agree with what Ally did, but it had no effect on him as a Smash bros competitor. The PGR handled the situation the best they could. Simply removing him from the PGR entirely wouldn’t make sense, but neither would giving him the spectacle of a PGR reveal. They simply left his name and his rank, and left it at it that.

Alright first off the way PGR handled the Ally situation is very mature. If someone is under heavy scrutiny or controversy where there is significant evidence, it’s best to honour their skill as a player by ranking them but not give them any glory. THAT BEING SAID. In defence, from the information I have seen, what Ally did and where he is from, IT IS 100% legal. Canadas AoC is 16. That being said, just because it’s legal where he is from, dosen’t mean it’s legal where it happened. The US has 3 different AoC’s depending on the state. Ranging from 16-18. So depending on where the act was committed and when you can thus determine if it was legal and thus if he was in the wrong. I have done some digging and have come to a conclusion. There is currently 0 information on wether or not the actions taken by Ally actually violated the law and thus is just for action taken. The only things we need to know is what happened, where it happened, and when it happened. Knowing those 3 things will immediately determine guilty or not. So mu conclusion is simple, there is no reason to hate on him as there is no guilty conclusion but there is no reason to respect him as there is no innocent conclusion. Until the information is released, that is my stance and that is the stance everyone should have. I’m very happy that is the stance PGR took as well. PGR has their minds in the right place, the people calling for bans and attacking him and the people screaming he’s innocent based on unknown factors are wrong and have no just cause for their actions.
@@x3n068 Actually it is if the AoC is 16. There are no laws regarding age gaps between people involved in a relationship. The only laws addressing this are considered "Romeo and Juliet Clauses" to AoC laws, where if the legal age is 18, it is still alright if there is someone under the AoC involved with someone above the AoC so long as they are within 3 years of eachother (i.e. a 16 year old and a 19 year old). In this case, Zack is 16 which was the legal AoC, so that's it. It doesn't matter if he dated someone who as 20 or 30 or 80, there is nothing wrong with it legally. It's just a matter of people getting grossed out by a relationship with a large age gap because it's not considered normal.

Ryng Tolu Marss has been so consistent at the top of tourneys but Tweek has won an S and an A tier. That counts for a whole lot. Plus I’m sure his set count vs Marss was a pretty big factor too
