      Yup - and what ticked me off is when he died, the media lied and said "sources say it was an apparent overdose", which is BS. No one said that - the media assumed. Actually his mother got cancer and that straightened Corey up immediately because he wanted to be sober to take care of his mom. And he did it! It was the longest he was sober! What people dont know, is addicts damage their organs and immune system, so yeah where most of us would bounce back from Pnemonia, a lot of addicts cant. So how sad that he finally got sober, tried to take care of his mom - and Pnemonia is what killed him. And the disgusting media spread lies about that it was an OD.

      @sonyafox3271 Год назад +6

      But, some of this happened to these actors before these economic times that came along with the pandemic these past 3 yrs! And, this video doesn’t necessarily have nothing to do with the recent past 3 yrs, this has more to with Hollywood actors over all once they start getting older. Because, after all people also don’t realize in Hollywood your not working with a business corporation or a company, they are under contracts. That’s the bad thing if you want to be a actor or a musician people don’t realize part of what happens when, they aren’t working not only are they making money to replenish their money but, they don’t receive no benefits why they are working or working for that matter. They have no kind of health insurance and, therefore, if something arises with their health, they have to pay all those expenses out of pocket. While musicians and actors make all this money, well, it depends on how successful they are depends on how much they make, for a actor it depends on how big their role is and, if they have a leading role, etc. But, it takes money to live and, they maybe well to do but, that doesn’t necessarily mean their millionaires. Therefore, the longer they aren’t working the longer it takes them to replenish some of their money and, the more it takes from whatever they have saved back making it much easier for them to end up broke with nothing.

Financial management is a crucial topic that most people tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. These stories are so sad. Just goes to show you can have it all and lose it all in a heart beat. I can relate, I've been there myself, waking up one day to realize the happy go lucky life I had was gone. Not because of how I managed my money, or my lifestyle, but rather my health changed, and its all been down hill ever since. The older you get, and the more health problems you have, the harder it is to work and maintain ones lifestyle, and just simply surviving becomes an impossible challenge. The sad reality here is that no one is immune to financial struggles. You could have a great job, but a negative turn in your health could derail your career in a second flat. I've come to appreciate what I do have, vs. what I don't, and despite my ongoing health issues, I carry on and live every day as if it were my last.

      All Hollywood actors once they get older and can no longer work end up practically bankrupt in their last days! Remember, actors aren’t working for companies, they are contracted and, don’t receive no benefits of any kind, cause, aka/ actors aren’t exactly paying into Social Security and, then, most of them don’t have medical insurance. The Hollywood Actors Guild should come up with something to help their older actors that may not necessarily maybe of age and, cannot manage to no longer do acting roles. Think about it, this why most of them end up in the situations that they do. Imagine how much this problem could be prevented with the Hollywood community if they did set up more things in motion for retired actors or actors who as they say age out.

    Recognize all but a couple of the names and faces of the stars. Heartbreaking to see and hear what happened to them. I get what drug addiction and mental illness can do, but how so many are unable to quit the addiction or successfully battle mental illness, even if they became famous is shocking. I loved Rhett Butler. Would love to see her again.
