I think the Colts offense needs to look like the Packers offense did. Lots of motion, RPO, RPR, screens. Keep it simple for AR and let him use the threat of his legs while he grows

I feel like shane has neglected using the tight ends to get some those short yard situations where he can get lil drop offs now that Downs is back those tight ends will never see a target . But im happy as hell Downs is back he makes this whole thing go.

Josh Downs being back adds another dynamic threat but will also make AR more comfortable. He was AR’s favorite target, and I think him being out there will help AR feel more comfortable.
With a nicked-up Downs, nicked up or out Latu, and no Buckner, and a nicked-up Blackmon, and a very thin secondary and a rush defense at last in the league, and an inaccurate Richardson, and nicked up Rodney Thomas, and a limping Kwity Paye (he always has a hammy issue and is generally ineffective protecting the Edge - total failure) and Steichen missing the mark as far as a feared coach , this team is 0-2 with an 11% chance to make the playoffs, If the Colts go 0-3 there is only a 2.5% chance to make the playoffs and only 6 teams have ever done it. To say this is a do-or-die must win game is a monumental understatement. We need to lay the Bears & Eberflus to waste.

I was concerned for how this offense was gonna look when they were struggling against backups in the preseason. Say what you want about preseason, the starters should make the backups look like backups even with the most rudimentary schemes

If Richardson can't put up points against the Eberflus defense I'm gonna be a little concerned... Colts should be able to run the ball. Use Downs to move the sticks and control the clock and keep our garbage defense off the field...
Eberflus has better defense in Chicago than he had in Indy in my opinion. That defense has some serious playmakers it's not going to be a cake walk

@biggame8743 You're an idiot... they play cover 2, so the short plays will be there all day... as long as you take what they give you, the Colts can control the clock... bend, but don't break defenses are schemed to make teams dink and dunk taking away explosive plays and kick FGs... it's you that obviously knows squat about football. You probably learned the game from playing video games... Stroud is a good QB, but stop acting like he's a top 3 QB because he's not there yet... he's a top 10 QB that has a ton of weapons... had the Colts defense stopped the run week one they would've won that game... Colts have an explosive offense but need to feed Taylor and Downs on Sunday. Take shots when they can and should win that game... the Bears have the worst run blocking O-line in football and one of the worst in Pass Pro, too... as bad as the Colts defense has been they should be able to stop the run and put pressure on Williams... I think the Colts will win the TO battle 1-3... I'm going to put a $100 on Kenny Moore getting a pick six ... Colts will struggle this season, but we're still better than the bears...
