I agree with Dalton that we need to “reel it in” somewhat ie screens, RPOs, QB runs but for Heaven Sakes DO NOT STOP SWINGING FOR THE FENCES IF IT IS THERE!!!!
Strangely enough, that’s where Richardson is the most accurate and it opens up the underneath stuff. He does need to learn the short and intermediate stuff.
As far as Ballard and Bradley being gone ….it’s only the second game and as long as the secondary can hold out, and the Offense can find a rhythm, they can still make the playoffs.
It looks like the only runs we have are RPO’s so JTs only getting the ball when richardson wants. We need more pure runs
The threat of an AR run opens up lanes for JT. I'm good to keep up an 80/20 split of RPO/straight run and just continue to improve at that. JT ran really well vs Packers.
We need to be like that year we had wentz, the offense needs to go through JT first and then AR at least until AR shows he can carry the load

Pitt and ADM must also catch to get involved if not id have pierce and Downs do what they should be doing and get them the ball we must also get the TE involved which has been a strength for this team for years and if Granson cant cut it then we need another TE outthere period. Partridge needs to get his line right and Gus needs to call the defence his players can succed at. Kenny moore needs to get those pass defences or pick 6s he was offered vs the Packers and Jones needs to do the same everyone else in the secondary i have as of yet zero issue with. Shane needs to run on the 1 yard push period we have the oline for it. If you want to catch the D off guard disguise it. We need to put a spy on Caleb so he does not run, and stop swift and the other RB we also need to disrupt and cover Allen, DJ, and Rome if they all play if not we can focus on the one or two that do we also need to cover their TE. If we do that and our WR catch the ball and run and follow through on there routes and play all the way through we will be fine and we will win. Go colts.

Gus and Ballard need to go ASAP and Shane needs to change the play calling up on offense. AR isn't getting the right plays called for his style until they are desperate and then they let him loose. Start running some hurry up earlier in the games and let him try to get fired up

Cause the only mention he deserves so far is negative. I was super high on him coming in and until he turns it around, he only deserves negative.
