I also think we need to be strategic and wise about how we approach this problem, because the same way that the tech corporations have abused their power and taken their greed too far, the power behind our movement to undo the abuse can also be taken too far, and that makes us no better than them. I agree with pretty much everything he said, and as someone in the tech industry I understand this level of frustration deeply, because he's right about how bad the current corporate tech environment is. I also think we need to be strategic and wise about how we approach this problem, because the same way that the tech corporations have abused their power and taken their greed too far, the power behind our movement to undo the abuse can also be taken too far, and that makes us no better than them. Let's make sure we do this right and responsibly!

Corruption resulting from the love of money is better contained by capitalism than by communism. But even capitalism is as strong as its weakest link, and that is the self-centeredness of fallen man.
@@mk71b except the fact that communism just makes less people wealthy… and by its nature concentrates power into the hands of bureaucrats without the possibility of anything coming to replace it outside a collapse of the system.
