    The morning is where it counts. Oatmeal, Grits, Boiled Eggs, English Muffins, Breakfast Burritos/Quesadillas.

    I like this idea because i currently work a 2-2-3 every other weekend schedule. So i would have to meal prep for 7 days since i work 7 days and I have 7 days off.

    But how will 5 days worth of meals remain safe to eat in the fridge? Isn’t chicken only good to eat 2 days after cooking?

      use the internet and look it up, and buy good containers so you can keep the food fresh for a few days
