She would get into a cab, I followed her cause i was bored, and when she was around the corner, I try to open the door of the cab. but When I did thatit was locked, than she got out of the car, but the voice wasn't her voice, it was some generic white country lady voice.

That one is, itself, repurpoused content. The original animation is from I Fought The Law, where M was to throw one of tje drivers off the bridge.
