Hi Susan, I have been a long time admirer of your work. You get better every year.
Question, Do you have the colors that Christina used on the Beaute Galleria stylus.
I don’t have the color or size. I can’t seem to figure it out. Everyone seems to have a different size. You I feel I can trust with any question.
Thank you to my favorite teacher. 😊

@@dianaclang2190 the colours she added to those tools I don’t remember as I just had to measure mine and it didn’t totally make sense. I think the website measurement was slightly off.
My best advice is to …either. Have an XS,S,M, L , XL tool
      XS - 0.5 mm
      S - 1 mm
      M- 1.5 mm
      L- 2 mm
      XL -2.5 -3 mm
I used a measuring stick and also an electronic calibrator just to double check my sizes. My new videos I’ll just say the mm size. Easier as everyone has different tools.
Once you have been dotting for a while you will figure out pretty quickly what tool makes the size dot you want. Also remember just adding more or less paint can make a bigger or smaller dot.

Very pretty!! Thanks for the tip on using Glad Press and Seal on your paint palette. What a great idea! Like you, I try to prevent paint from going down the drain. Sometimes I use the plastic lids from milk/juice cartons to house the paints while I work. I then place the lids containing the paint--and a damp sponge--into a plastic, pie shaped, takeout container, which generally keeps the paint from drying out and I can use them for a couple of days. After I'm through with the lids, I toss them in the trash. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and creativity!

      Your most welcome Tina !
Artists are always creating ideas to keep the paint fresh :-) good idea with the lids .

I use zip lock sandwich bags when I am using the narrow paint trays. They work great. I buy the inexpensive bags.

Hi! What a beautiful mandala! I am really enjoying watching your videos. So relaxing. Where do you get the velour circles that you put on the stone when you’re finished?

    • @SusanNelsonCreations
      @SusanNelsonCreations  Год назад +1

      Thank you Kim!
I ordered sheets from AliExpress and cut into the shapes I need. You can search also for felt with adhesive. Michaels in CA used to have them but no longer sell. That is why I looked at other options.
The seller on AliExpress didn’t package very well and many of the sheets were crumpled at the edge. So I won’t recommend them.

      Hi!
It’s right at the beginning what I use. 3.7 inch moulded stone. I also have the link if you want to make your own 😊
This project can be made on any size by increasing or decreasing your tool sizes.

Yes real time videos can be. There is a drop down you can change to increase the speed. The reality is that painting mandalas does take time.
