While I think this is a fantastic video and beautiful design, it is definitely not for beginners. This is all quite advanced skills you need to execute such an ornate design.
Question, sometimes my larger brush strokes dry “cracked”. I am using DecoArt paint….any suggestions? Especially lighter colors. Too thick, too much paint?
Hello! Sometimes this happens when the paint is too thick. For me it only happens with certain colors. If this does happen and it bothers you, you could go over it with a “top brush stroke”. These are like top dots but with brushstrokes instead. I usually like to do top brushstrokes with a metallic color! You could also experiment with different paint mediums. I like Liquitex flow medium. This may help with the cracks!
