Hello from England..this is amazing! Very relaxing looking….i haven’t done any yet but I will need to get some supplies and send my hubby down to the beach for some rocks. Next time my granddaughter visits will get her to collect rocks….she always gets shells!😂😂 💕💕🥰❤️❤️🐶🥰👏🏼👏🏼🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Sorry... I have to make this comment.... I don't know how you are able to keep your nails so nice!!! They are beautiful!!❤ Mine are full of paint by the time I'm done... lol!! Love the videos! Thank you for sharing!❤ I have yet to paint my first mandala... but it's next on my list. I plan to practice on cardstock for a few times first... before attempting a rock.
I’ve always wondered that as well! When I was done with this rock you would think I just finished painting a 15000 square foot home with finger paint!🤣 at 21:45 Demi has some gold paint on her index finger fingernail!😂🤣 I felt a slight rush of relief come over me upon seeing that!😂😁
I'm so glad you have a longer tutorial. I'm not a fan of the shorts on RUclips. I like to play the full screen and watch the whole process. I even bought the swoosh brushes you recommended. Can't wait to use them. I have a feeling it's gonna be just practicing and practicing to get those to the expert level you have attained with them. Thank you for the wonderful video. :)
Thank you so much for this tutorial! So helpful and so many tips and tricks! You are a really great teacher. I painted along with you, and i made a mini version for a pendant. Thank you and please keep posting videos!
Great video for a beginner. Not too daunting in the least. I have friends with disabilities that want to join me with dotting for meditation, and pain relief. You hit most topics for them to get started, and see that using a grid, helps keep the spacing and that once they learn to get nice dots and swooshes, the sky is the limit. Thanks again. I will be sharing this one.
Hi Demi! I use a water color pencil in white and I also grabbed grey and red and they sharpen really nicely…no breaking off in my electric sharpener….Wondering if u have tryed them….i have always had the charcoal and chalk pencils breaking off in my sharpener…..
Does it take practice at spacing out the dots? It looks quite scary and I’m not sure my hand would be that steady. I can’t wait for my supplies to arrive so I can get started but I might try a simple dot design. Oh and so you plan it on paper first? 😘
Wow! That is stunning. It looks like jewelry. I really want to try this. I kind of freaked out when you took the wet cloth to wipe it down. I thought water would remove acrylic paint like it does on my hands. Does it not affect the paint at all?

Thank you for this tutorial. I had to make a few adjustments as I am apparently a very heavy dotter. I am so happy how it turned out.

Part of the video is pretty blurry unfortunately
Next time: Closeups, please.
nice rock painting. Just too much time waving and clacking fingernails, ew. found other tutorials that were more detailed and took way less time.
