  • 🚿 Avoid These Common Bathing Mistakes for a Healthier You! 🌿
Namaste, bath-time enthusiasts! Learn about common bathing mistakes to ensure a safer and healthier bathing routine. Here's the essence of the script in bullet points:
    1. Soap Application Alert:
Applying soap to both feet simultaneously can lead to accidents.
Risk of slipping on the bathroom floor, causing serious injuries.
Apply soap to one foot at a time, rinse, and consider sitting down to shower.
    2. Neglecting Neck and Ears:
Often overlook the neck and areas behind the ears during baths.
Neglect can lead to bacterial growth and skin issues.
Include these areas in your bathing routine for thorough cleanliness.
    3. Gentle Skin Drying:
Vigorous skin rubbing can harm the skin, especially for those with rashes or pimples.Pat your skin gently instead of rubbing to avoid unnecessary friction.
    4. Timing Matters:
Avoid bathing immediately after a big meal to prevent diverted blood flow.
Jumping into a hot bath post-meal can lead to cramps or discomfort. Allow time for digestion before taking a bath.
    5. Mindful Bath Duration:
Avoid staying in the bath for too long to prevent stripping natural skin oils.
Prolonged exposure, especially to hot water, weakens the skin's natural barrier.
    6. Post-Workout Cool Down:
Don't shower immediately after a workout; allow your body to cool down gradually. Immediate cold bath post-exercise can shock the system and cause muscle cramps.
    7. Post-Bath Moisturization:
Apply moisturizer after bathing to lock in lost moisture. Natural moisturizers like coconut oil or cow’s ghee create a protective barrier.Wrap your body in a cotton dupatta or towel to absorb oils before wearing clothes.
Remember: Self-care and awareness contribute to healthier skin and body. Elevate your bathing routine for overall well-being. Namaskar! 🛁💆

Do baba Ramdev’s 5 pranayamas everyday - bhastrika, kapalbhati, Anulom-vilom, brahmari and unjjayi. Watch Baba’s video. Start with 1 minute of each pranayama and eventually you have to them 5 minutes each. Also drink warm water with turmeric, crushed cloves , black pepper , pinch of cinnamon, ginger , 1 lemon and 1 teaspoon of honey (if you have diabetes then half teaspoon ). I make this drink boiled including cumin ready except honey and lemon which I add in morning fresh.

00:16 🚿 Neglecting Neck and Behind Ears: Ignoring these areas can lead to dirt buildup, sweat, and skin issues, especially overlooked with kids.
01:00 🤲 Rubbing Skin Dry: Vigorous rubbing can harm the skin, causing friction that irritates and damages, particularly problematic for those with rashes or pimples.
01:41 🍲 Bathing After Eating: Bathing immediately after a meal can divert blood from the digestive system, leading to cramps or discomfort; it's advised to wait for digestion.
02:05 ⏳ Extended Bathing: Prolonged exposure to hot water can strip the skin of natural oils, causing dryness; moderation is key to maintaining the skin's natural barrier.
02:32 🚿 Bathing After Exercise: Taking a bath immediately after a workout, when the body temperature is high, can shock the system and cause muscle cramps; gradual cooling down is recommended.
02:55 💧 Not Moisturizing After Bathing: Applying moisturizer is crucial to lock in moisture, preventing dry and itchy skin; natural options like coconut oil or ghee are suggested.
03:38 🧼 Applying Soap to Both Feet Simultaneously: To avoid slipping, apply soap to one foot at a time and rinse before moving to the other; consider sitting on a stool for foot washing.
