@@GMineo They are pretty much soul sucking vampires. Through torture they feed on the suffering of the soul. They are also VERY much against the use of psychic powers, they reeeeeally can't risk to have Slaanesh turn it's attention on them any more than it already is.
@@GMineo The torture victims are kind of a substitute sufferers for Drukhari so they can live longer. But it`s not that hey have to tortute also being near violance or watching it helps also, but not as much as inflictin the pain to others, that`s why also gladiator arenas are very popular on Gomorrah. Luetin09 has very good lore video where he goes in depth of the fantastic cruelty of the almighty Drukhari :D
