Little Red Corvette is his most brilliant song. It's one of the dirtiest pieces of music ever lyrically, rivalling anything written by modern rappers, but it slipped the radio censors and is still played on radio today. He wrote an entire song about an extremely randy girl trying to seduce him into a one night stand and everyone though it was just a love song to a fast car. The guy was an incredible musician and lyricist. He was like the Alex Ovechkin of pop music. You basically knew what he was going to do, but you couldn't stop him because he was just too good. Ovechkin would park himself by the face-off circle on a power play and you always knew the puck would eventually come to him for a one-timer slap shot, but there was still nothing you could do about it. With a Prince song, while you were worried about him getting Darling Nikki or Erotic City on the radio, Little Red Corvette would slip past you. Or he'd write a seemingly dirty song like Pussy Control that was actually about female empowerment. The guy always managed to surprise you.
