  • All 36 vital points used in Chinese martial arts are acupuncture points. The point 肩井, shoulder well, can be accessed through three basic angles: from above, from the front and from the back. It is a vital point widely used with traditional weapons and also in conjunction with joint locks.

    Use the same points in koryu bujutsu with the thumb , hanbo. The extra length allows for locks as well. Kuki family style.

    You are going to have the best angle and door targeting it from behind.

    A cane or short staff is the best weapon to study in this modern age, in my opinion. Especially for anyone older. Because it hides in plain sight and is very effective.

    Grazie, I never realized that it's possible to obtain a better stimulus on the points by changing the angle or position of the muscle 👍 also is interesting that you protect the groin area by elevating the leg, I believed that it was mostly to get distance, range in the strike, the movements of Tai Chi have several applications. They are not kata with a specific bunkai (application), but a kind of aid-memoire (help to remember) from a time with no illustrated manuals, and much less videos, or so i think. Cheers

    中国武术应该称这个为穴位(?),对应日本武术叫做急所术。您会介绍三十六个穴位吗?

    • @DanteBasili
      @DanteBasili  8 месяцев назад +2

      Ciao. 无论是武术还是疗法,穴位都是一样的。 为了充分理解它们,将它们用作治疗是有用的。 武术所用穴位很少,只有传统医学所用穴位的十分之一。
