Why not have 45-55% green as that's both the GW target and a good winrate to have? It would make the tables easier to read and would shake the implication that having under 50% winrate is a bag thing despite it it being impossible to get all factions over 50% because of how numbers work
I'm still stunned. As an eldar player I'm at a loss about units GW wants me to use. I predict we're going to see windrider heavy lists, and then they will get nerfed as well.
GW has certainly made it hard to be very enthusiastic as a CSM player, as the second you have any unit being above average, it gets spammed and then nerfed alongside everything in the army that sort of works ok, all at once. Every time. hehe Meanwhile, the stuff that absolutely has zero competitive value gets ignored again and again. But yes, the army barely tracked above 51% and won a few tournaments (at a time when at least 15 different armies were doing the same) and immediately got slapped again on almost every front... Harder to feel bad for the Eldar players though, as they took what, a dozen rounds of nerfs to get even remotely balanced over the course of years? :-P But ok, I get it. It does seem like Eldar needs a bit of adjustment at the moment. I'm not one to gloat at the misfortune of others. :-)
Well instead of actually fixing anything with the eldar they just nerfed all of the good units and made some just straight up unplayable like the Wraithknight and quin units
because we are still paying for nerfs of rules from 12 months ago. Wraithknights have never been lowered after the changes for Towering, Fate Dice, going from 12 to 6 Fate Dice, D-Wounds changing 4 times. They are literally being charged as if the rules are the same as they were in September 2023. Same for all our tanks. the Yncarne is still being charged as if can teleport on your opponents turn which hasn't been able to do for 9 months. D-Weapons keep going up in cost even with mortal wounds and indirect going down. Basically, Aeldari are still being charge as if we had are old 10e Index rules. They've Basically never reduce our points after a unit goes up even if the rules are weaker.
@@thetimebinderye similar thing happened with the oath of moment nerf. Space marines are in a funny place becaue gw didn’t account for removing re-rolls to wound which made space marines swingy. Now they’ve had to constantly reduce the points of literally every unit until they’re at a point where they need points increases.
I'm of two minds about this. One one hand I'm curious about the pro player's meta and hate to see my faction get another round of (by this point when they were at a relatively healthy 47%) unnecessary nerfs and now looking to be a serious contender for one of the worst factions in the game. On the other hand though, I'm not *that* fussed? I don't play competitively. I'm not so casual that I play only fluffy narrative lists, I try to build my armies the best I can of course, but what the top couple % of the players get up to affects me very little. Personally I've played 4 games of pure Aeldari so far in Pariah Nexus and won them all. I do believe I can mostly chalk that up to being the most "involved" player in my local friends group though? I watch a ton of battle reports, tend to play a whole bunch of armies in TTS just for the fun of it, so in terms of general knowledge of the game I'm somewhat ahead of the curve in my local scene.
@@thetimebinder Wholeheartedly agree on this! It's very frustrating that GW seems to be totally fine for a lot of our units to just keep on paying for sins that later changes to the rules have made impossible to commit again anyway. The cynic in me would say that it's because they want us to go through the whole carousel of "flavour of the month" good units by nerfing them as they gain popularity, just for us to go and buy the next hot ticket item. Realistically though, I think it's just a matter of too many spinning plates to maintain in terms of balancing hundreds of units across 20-something factions. As long as something works and there's a viable army in there somewhere there's no huge rush to rebalance units that got overly nerfed in the past.
The win rate of Admech is...kind of expected, as some usual units' points are bit too high🤔not to mention GW didn't fix some datasheet-bugs nor the detechment rules, ugh🤦🏻♂️
And also a lot of admech players probably either haven’t played the game or admech at all in 10th, so it will be a while until they’re used to the army.
true, but since little to nothing else is really changed much in terms of their "codex" I suspect they will drop down to much their regular place once the multiple Archaon vect thing and vehicles deep striking then turning to get a much shorter charge does get faq'ed. Pariah Nexus could potentially help breathe some new life into the faction though. :-)
@@runeh3022 I suspect it will drop next week, like it always does after any change to the format. If you go back and look at every post mfm or rules change in 10th, you can see that Drukhari win rates spike. I truly doubt GW will change either of those “issues” you mentioned, because the next big change in three months is just a points change. And their codex is at least a year away
Completely intellectually dishonest comment. A single person played Ynnari and won some RTT. Aeldari are very close to being the bottom faction now, I think it's about time you and others who just can't stop whinging find some other bandwagon to jump on.

Thanks for your suggestion we will look into that.
imagine being the 1 dude that gave the ynnari a 100% win rate
When have they not adjusted CSM with a proverbial sledge-hammer?
Got to love how they slapped unnecessary nerfs on both of my armies (Eldar and CSM) even when they were both already below the 50% WR.

I love how GW think that 10x T3 1W Warp Spiders are nearly the same points as a C'tan or Land Raider.
Aeldari and Drukhari suffer because of Ynarri
How the Aeldari have fallen. Surprised about Ad Mech, but time will tell, as their army has had a real overhaul.

Binging these videos, I cant believe my frontpage failed to reccomend them. They should be sent to the penal legions for this herasy!
Deathwatch had 16 players? Ah yeah boys we're so back!
There were not that many individual Chapters this week.
My dream is to see AdMech on the left Pie-Chart of popularity one day
I do think GW have gone some way to achieving that but more work will be needed haha
Ah fuck, they're gonna nerf eldar again.
Lets go Boys, great job as usual
Thanks for watching as always!
So the Aeldari are still the best faction, even after 10 consecutive 'nerfs'. Figures.
What? Aeldari are at the bottom.
1 player got 3 wins because they're skilled but you don't care for how much of an outlier they are you just want to hate on the army.

As has been commented the single Ynnari player is in no way representative of the Aeldari faction which is right at the bottom.
Whatever you say :3 We'll return to this comment after WTC lists are revealed.
