thank u very much ,its hilarious to think about the fact that just DELETING an extra page is such a big problem in the most famous and most used text document editing software in the world. also i used ur 2nd menthod but instead of pressing delete button after selecting the blank page in navigation pane(which for some reason didnt work) i pressed backspace key and it got rid of that page.

Follow this process.
After you reduce the size to 01 as discussed in the video, delete the square dots. If the square dot appears once right click on it and select delete rows. And if you find 3 square dots, right click and select 'delete the cells'.

May be it won't work even after trying the first 3 methods. Here is the extension for the 3rd method. Follow this process. You may see small square dots.

I closed the page, now all my word documents & downloads have "paragraph marks". How can I get rid of these as I am not able to use any documents. I need these for my work.
