You are aware most hosts actually rented a mansion for the shoot right? He refused to do it and proudly displayed his real self, legend has it he still lives there too.
They tried to do him dirty. MTV Cribs became infamous for renting out lavish cribs for people. Yin Yang twins is a great example. Redman didnt want to rent one and so they showed up really early without warning to try and make him look bad. When in reality Redmans is probably the realest/most down to earth.
T-pain is such a wife guy. Like he is the type to have a long committed relationship and call his girl "baby" and "princess" and always pick up when she calls, even when he's with the homies. Does anybody else have this head canon?
I had a friend in high school who said he had a "secret entrance" and it was a bookshelf pushed in front of a doorway. Like you couldn't put books on it because the thing was so heavy and awkward it took two ppl to move it just to get in 🤣🤣🤣
T Pain has a very reasonably gaudy home. Like his wife told him he can have the basement, but the rest is her design.lol She was cleaning up after the kid in the game room, which was so cute to me. A mom is going to mom.

Watching this video after eating Gorton’s fish sticks dinner gives me hope that if Redman eats them, I can make it too.
This is an historical episode, everyone in the scene remembers it dearly, Redman being the realest mthrfkr of them all, true to his roots and to his bank account. You are aware most hosts actually rented a mansion for the shoot right? He refused to do it and proudly displayed his real self, legend has it he still lives there too.
Man I love your videos. Honestly your one of the funniest creators and deserve more recognition
Greatest Cribs episode ever. Props to Red for staying true to who he is and keeping his integrity !!!!!
This is the best one yet , this made my day. I have been rewatching your videos a lot to distract myself when im anxious.
I have watched a new Chris James video. I can now crawl out of bed, get some food in me, hydrate, go back to work..thank you Chris..
I definitely need more of these cribs videos lol
I love how when Chris puts in his uncut version of dialogue, he doesn't put any street slang to the rappers and he speaks way proper 😂😂😂😂😂
I had a friend in high school who said he had a "secret entrance" and it was a bookshelf pushed in front of a doorway. Like you couldn't put books on it because the thing was so heavy and awkward it took two ppl to move it just to get in 🤣🤣🤣
Redman is straight up a OG I remeber my pops rocking Redman music and dance moves 😂😂 back in the early 2000s
T-Pain had the nicest crib but Redman had the most relatable crib.
I can't get enough of you covering Cribs episodes. And I hope you do more of them. Seriously.... Please keep them coming. 😂
The ONLY episode that might've been real lol
Redman is a legend for this one. No fake shit.
T Pain has a very reasonably gaudy home. Like his wife told him he can have the basement, but the rest is her design.lol
She was cleaning up after the kid in the game room, which was so cute to me. A mom is going to mom.
Thank you for these consistent uploads man, whenever I scroll through RUclips and see your content I always click, thanks for making more
Ah the early 2000’s were interesting times weren’t they 😂
I'm so glad you're covering this episode. It's the best episode of cribs there was. Redman is not playing. Lol.
Redman's house is just your average trap house, lol. That was the whole point of his episode.
I realize that you were probably a child when cribs was a thing so I have a great deal of respect for you for recognizing that Redman’s cribs episode was hands down the best episode of cribs ever!
I'm an elder millenial and I still think about this specific episode sometimes.
“he be knocked out over there” fucking got me (i’m new to your channel-house hunters videos hooked me bc i’m currently in a hh phase-but you remind me a lot of drew gooden-when i’m not looking at the screen i sometimes can’t tell that it’s even you speaking-while still having your own style. subscribed!)
Yes you did the Redman video! I don't care if it's true or not. I'm going to assume you made this video specifically for me. So thanks Chris!
Chris is by far my favourite person to watch when I’m baked asf, I can watch these all day!
I meet him at a cannabis convention. So cool. His security didn’t want me to get close or take a pic. And he said let me by and I got the pic haha
Redman got that humble abode crib going on. You gotta respect it! 🤣
RedMan is the realest man alive. He is so unashamed of his shit, I love him so much. He seems like that band member you haven't been able to get hold of for practice but rocks up 5 minutes to the start of the gig and blows it out of the fucking park.
Never has a plan, gonna have a fun time, gonna bring his homies up with him, and do what he do. Amazing
I am one of those terrible subscribers who never take the time to like or comment on videos, but your content is great! I've been binging your videos for a little while now, and you never fail to get an audible laugh out of me 😂
I just found your channel and I love it I subscribed immediately thank you for making my day better 😊
PLEASE don't ever stop making videos. Everytime I see you made a new one it makes my day!
ive been binge watching your bits and havent laughed that hard in a while. thx for helping thru the hard times
I found your channel more recently but I’m LOVING it. The only complaint I have is I wish there was MOREEEEE 😂 Thank you for all your hard work and for all the laughs ❤
MTV: "Hey redman, we rented a nice house for you to show on our-"
Redman: "fuck you guys, here's my porn collection"
Redman unlocking memories from before my sobriety. Looks exactly like my old dealers place. Just missing the two dogs and random weight plates on the floor.
That’s actually Redmans crib. The producers wanted him to rent a house for the shoot and were pissed when he told them to fuck off lol.
I never forgot this episode, it was nice seeing how humble he stayed even after achieving success.
That Tpain closer was hilarious. “You seen my crib, you gonna see about 6 or 7 more of em believe that”.
He went broke during the 08 housing crash. He had his money spread to thin in to many houses then they all became worthless overnight.
Poor dude.
REDMAN is forever one of my favorite rappers and lyricists
It’s crazy because his cousin sleeping on the floor was probably the inspiration for the character “I Need $” in How High
