As a Physical therapy student , my advice is to not train the same muscle 2 days in row , your muscles needs at least a day to recover and realign its fibers

If you do full body, it’s fine. If you do a very hard workout specifically on one muscle group, please give it one day of rest at least before doing it again x

To be honest I know your channel only for three days but it motivates me so much. I love how honest you are about failing maybe one day and that you say that its okay. I think many People just dont show when they skip one day and its just an unreal imagine they show us but you dont and that really motivates me more than any other account does.

Enjoyed this video a lot, i workout 2 times a day 2 days of the week, but those days in the morning i do something less intense like yoga or jogging, because the activity ill be doing in the afternoon is really intense.

so i’ve never been to a gym but i saw you cleaned the mat where you were exercising at. does the gym provide the cleaning supplies or do we need to bring antibacterial wipes?

I wish I could do that but with my panic disorder, anxiety, and heart palpitations making me run away from exercise, that's sad
There's not only the workouts in to be fit. You have to restrict your food (AKA, starving your self) to be this and that.Dont recommande that life style. It's going to cause you body and eating issues. Dont take and litsen what social media say. Listen to your hart in what you desire. Your young and you only have one life to live. Take care!
