Ive been in a rut, ever since I got done with my High School Finals. I'm currently preparing for my College Entrance Exams and the dates keep delaying. Idk why, I feel soooo down on energy and motivation, but I hope watching you being productive and romanticizing life helps me get back on track. Ily✨

I love how you always share the different ways you can get some exercise in! I sometimes struggle with motivation to do a “workout” so I go on walks instead a lot of the time and your videos remind me that any movement at all is healthy :) it’s so cool that you‘re able to balance RUclips with a new job and still maintain happiness by having time to do the things you love and keep your space clean and organized. I always appreciate the effort you put into your videos! The editing is so cute and I love how you show imperfections, like when you slip into a slump. It makes my goals seem achievable because I see that you’re able to recover from setbacks. Thanks for the 20 minute video this week!

when my summer started I was so motivated that I was gonna completely motivated to reset myself by getting back into healthy habits that I felt like I was doing really good with earlier in the year. But as the summer has progressed I have found myself neglecting those habits because i feel unmotivated and tired and i dont know what to do about it. do you have any tips for getting started back into a healthy routine again?
it’s totally normal to have bad days or get in ruts, it happens to everyone 💗 all we can do is pick ourselves back up and just start small, taking a walk then a shower always refreshes me and I love journalling to re-evaluate my goals! try to stay disciplined, you got this! maybe talk to a therapist or get your blood tested to see if it could be any health issues to be safe :)

Hii, Rebecca! I like this guy so much and he does too but i really wanted to prioritize myself and i asked him to give me space so i can prioritize myself. I also realized after not talking to him for 2 days, that i really just wanted to focus on myself and nobody else, including my romantic feelings for him. Though i do feel bad for him. Did i do the right thing, Rebecca? (I'm really doubting my decision)
