Either I did this wrong or I rely on it too much. When I use heavier racquets close to 12 ounces this caused me wrist fatigue/pain. Bought a FlexBar recently to help strengthen my wrist and forearm.
Good luck with the wrist, strong forearm muscles are a must for tennis players
The only thing, in your practis routine there's no wrist flex through the shot. Which i believe is important. Pronation only will cause weak shots.
I was hoping for a slow-motion in the end. It was too fast to catch the racquet movement.
We’ll keep that in mind for future lessons
Hi
Hey how are you?
Update the links guys..they're wrong!
fixed thanks!
dope.
Is this dangerous? Is it healthy for the hand ?
It could be dangerous if you do it in the wrong way or you force it too much.
However, the fact that every pro player uses it shows you it's very safe if done right
