GOULASH - CHRIS'S INGREDIENTS:
This recipe is not in our cookbooks
ONION, 1 CUP DICED
GARLIC, 4 CLOVES - DICED
In a large skillet or braiser, saute onion and garlic in olive oil on medium heat.
Add:
1 PD GROUND BEEF, BROWNED & DRAINED
1 TSP. ITALIAN SEASONING
1 TSP. PAPRIKA
3 TBSP. TOMATO PASTE
15 OZ. CAN DICED TOMATOES
15 OZ. CAN TOMATO SAUCE
1/4 SALT & PEPPER
1.5 CUPS BEEF BROTH
1.5 CUPS MACARONI NOODLES, UNCOOKED
Cook on low for 15 minutes. Once noodles are done, add:
1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE (OPTIONAL)
Serve with your favorite bread.

I love goulash! I’m sorry you’re both sick! Chris, hopefully you’ll not have a bad experience with Covid. My husband and I had it at the same time. He had a bad cough and fever and I had ZERO symptoms. I would never have know I had it until he tested positive and then I tested positive. I hope y’all can enjoy your goulash. My prayers are you and Tammy and her dad.

I've been praying for you guys. I tested positive for covid yesterday. I'm not feeling quite as sick as Tammy is right now. Crossing my fingers that I don't get any sicker with it. You guys are so good at taking care of each other! Hope you both will be well in no time. If you have a second I'd be grateful if you could say a little prayer for me as I'm old and alone with this nasty covid. I hope Tammy's Daddy gets well and out of the hospital soon. Praying for you both to feel better soon. It took me three months to feel better from the China Coronavirus. A year as some later I still get tired real easy and have sinus issues without a infection. It is some awful stuff.

My grandfather was a phenomenal cook. He always added a couple of bay leafs which were removed before serving. That made it the best EVER ❤️

Prayers you both get well soon. When me and my husband had covid he was really sick and I felt nothing but a little tired but a week later I got down with it but still not as bad as he'd had it so watch out. The goulash really looks good. I love pasta dishes.

I always brown 10 pounds of ground beef at the time and freeze in 1 pound portions. It does make cooking a good meal when you are rushed. I do sausage patties and pancakes like that too.
