There is actually a vst plugin called, trackspacer that sidechain's just like the pro q through frequencies. But I prefer Pro Q because you have more control

This tip is a really good one. Now I understand where the ''waviness'' of your songs are coming from. I always use the boring automatic sidechain as most unexperienced producers do. Fabfilter is kinda pricy for me. Do you know on which eq`s this technique is also available?
There is nothing wrong with the “normal” sidechain though 🤙🏽 this is just a little extra to take your mix from 9/10 to that 10/10.
I think Trackspacer might be the cheapest option but I HIGHLY recommend you invest in FabFilter (not sponsored or anything)
You can sidechain any multiband plugins, some examples are OTT, TDR Nova,and Fresh Air by Waves
